I would think the coaches are still working with the Spring practice schedule. Due to "make up" days from snow and the current baseball season, I doubt the schedule is set. I have heard that the Cats have had some great off-season work in the weight room and several records have been set.

Someone told me the Bobcats would start spring practice after baseball games are finished. Does anyone know anything different? If they scrimmage Portland I would like to see it.

Hey, it looks like now that if the Cats wait for baseball season to end, spring practice is going to be late this year. The baseball team is looking very good. :o

Way to go Bobcats.

Greenbrier won the Region 5-3A liftoff today in Marshall County. Team results were: Greenbrier 1st Marshall Co. 2nd Sycamore 3rd Creekwood 4th and Page 5th. Every Greenbrier lifter except for 3 placed in the top 3 in their respective weight classes. It was a great event and a great day of competition.

What's the scoop on Roger Herndon? I've heard he has some great numbers in the weightroom, and that he has some blazing speed. What kind of arm does he have? Does he have anyone to throw to or will Greenbrier be a running only team? I will be suprised to see who they have in the backfield running the ball this year. They lost some key runners last year.
