Coach or the Year..

Did Coach Shane Buchannan of Dickson Co. win the Coach of the Year in AAA last year?? If not, why?? This guy is one of the best coaches I have seen in years and has he ever thought about coaching at the college level.

Who are some other coaches that are deserving of this award year in and year out and would also make an excellent college coach??

Your other answer would be coach Brinkley from Beech in AAA, Year in, year out she produces a winner. The next 2 years should be no exception. She seems to get more out of her girls, than other coaches do. This is a quality that comes from within in a coach, one that you can't teach.
