bballlfan
where do you get your info?Redd has only played against Malone as a soph. in round ball in the hall. and as far as the tn. travelers thay have never played. last summer Redd and his team played the 16 and under travelers and almost got beat at c.n.college. would love to see the match up because they played together as 14 yr. olds. when bestsy came to greeneville before the season both years Redd did not come because he had only been out of football for a week.I have seen alot of college football and i have never seen a 6'7" middle linebacker Redd will end up DE or a down lineman if he gain alot of mass. HOPE BESTYS GOES ALL THE WAY, TAKE ONE GAME AT A TIME [Edited by bballlfan on 3-11-03 8:33P]
Guest treadwaycrazy2
ok , let me get this straight for you , whether he goes down to UVA and plays Quarterback and Starting Point Guard he will still be going to UVA while you are sitting there typing trash. him.......UVA.....getting a full ride, paid for education, and an opportunity. You......adjusting your junk while you delete porn from your e-mail and typing stuff on Coacht.com ( a fantastic growing website for anyone interested in TN high school sports )

Stokomo
BBALLFAN.....I am coach of the TN Yellowjackets and my information is correct. Yes we did play the 16's Travelers, but, over the four years he has played for me, we have played Alabama Ice, Indiana Red, Memphis YOMCA all four times. All of which their head coach had nothing but compliments on Vince. Two years ago we made it to the third round of the national championship bracket before losing to eventual runner up Indiana (Gold) I think. So he has seen the best, played against the best, and fared well against the best in the country. Like Blue said, he has his opinion on Vince like you, but I have the tapes to back it up. bballlfan
I am not downing REDD just stating some facts. It is great that any player can go to college on a full ride. You would have to be an exceptional athlete and scholar to play two sports in college today because it takes up so much of your time. The idea is to go and get your education not going and play ball and not finish. I hope he made the right choice in VA. But i think they just told him what he wonted to here, but i hope not. AS you can see with UT's problems with grades it is very hard to stay in school just playing one sport. Redd can be a very good player in college. He will have to realize when he gets there they will play him where thay want him, not where he wants to play.He will grow to 6'8" and weigh 280 and be a great DE OR DT if he can cut it. Stokomo
I agree with what you've stated. I advised him to play TE. He'd be almost a lock for the NFL after college.
Guest treadwaycrazy2
Blue21SallyAt7 .........you are going to college for free, exaclty what is your name and where did you play.
Blue21SallyAt7
my name is of no signifigance to you, or anyone else. I played at Alcoa from 1997-2000, had my fair share of awards, and was on the 2000 state championship team. I played a season in college before tearing my ACL,MCL,LCL,PCL, meniscus and lateral meniscus. I transfered to ETSU to play, but opted to graduate early instaed of playing. My knee injury was so bad that i would still need another surgery to be able to play. Anything else you'd like to know?
