did BA play bad or did father ryan just have a really good game? i am wondering because most BA-FRHS games are usually really close.

Ryan's defense played pretty well, Katherine Harrison had a good day too! Big difference is Ryan's bats woke up in the 6th inning. BA played really well defensively, just couldn't get runners in when they got on base. Good luck to the Irish this weekend in the Louisville KY all catholic schools tournament, going for a 3-peat !

softballfan007 (ha) - it was a close game until the 6th inning... it was tied 1-1 after the 2nd inning. BA had quite a few chances to score early and just didn't come up with the hits. in the 6th fr hit some balls shallow in the outfield were the fielders just couldn't make the plays, basically they came up with hits when they needed them and we didn't stop it along with leaving runners in scoring position more than once. but this isnt the last time we will see each other!!!!
