I was just wondering about how tullahoma did during spring. any scrimmages? who against? how'd they do. i scrimmaged them last fall, and was impressed. i know they had a great year, but how many starters they have comming back? any info would be appreciated

As of Tullahoma we had the Red White game last night! No scrimages against any other teams. Thats all im gonna say. As of how good we are i'll just set back and listen to others opinions. We have about 1/2 the OL returning, an experienced QB, good DL pretty sound in LBs. Whats everyone elses opinions on this?¿?

For all you Tullahoma fans, I know as a Jeff County fan, your team was the best team by far that Jeff County faced in their 87 state championship run, maybe better than the OR and Germantown teams that Jeff faced from 82-87. Your team stopped the option and I dare say that Antonio London was the best high school linebacker I ever saw, Collins included. If your QB hits a few more wide open passes against a weak Jeff County secondary, you might have been the 87 state champs. Tullahoma, in my mind although Jeff County had to come from behind to beat Gallatin in the 87 title game, was even with Jeff County that year. Gallatin couldn't hold a candle to you. They kept Jeff County QB and Rb's intact in that semi game and challenged Jeff's best ever defense in the state.

 

Tullahoma's defense in 87 was the best defense next to Jeff's 87 that I ever saw. GA and SC included.

It is my opinion that Tullahoma had a very good team last year, and most of these players are back this year,one year older ,more prepared to do battle this year. Might I ask if you think otherwise?

Tullahoma will be good again just as they are every year. There is always enough talent and coaching for them to be successful. Until they can beat Hillsboro though they will always be looking in on the state picture.
