Out of 28.0 innings pitched, you think 18 bbs to 10 ks is bad?!?!? I think thats pretty good, and for the 4.18 ERA, out of 28.0 innings, that aint bad. I would take that anyday.

It's very bad.

 

That said, Kline has a track record for being a lot better than this, so I don't want the Cardinals to give up on him yet.

Yea you're right. If I was them I'd give him till the all star break to improve. He gave up two in the 9th tonight to put them down 4-2 but they came back to tie it up and it's in the 10th now at 4-4.

Did anybody see the game yesterday vs. the Reds which the Cards won 9-6. It was awesome. Griffey hit a 3R HR in the top of the 1st and the Cards came back and hit 3 sole HR's in the bottom to tie it up. They scored about 4 more in the 2nd to put them up for good. It was a good game and Matt Morris finally picked up a W again. Albert raised his average back up to .387.
