Chester Co. Player

Saw in a post the Huntingdon/Chester co. game called due to a player injury. Who is it and what happened?

don't know his name, but he was # 4. The doctor said that it was his neck, but that he was moving his feet. Maybe it was just a precaution.

Dr. Lee Carter of Huntingdon was there and looked at this young man. After he was carried to hospital, Dr. Carter told me he thought it was just a stinger,but better to send him on and get checked out at the hospital. He was able to move his arms and legs. He raised his hand as he was loaded on the ambulance. Thats all I knowat this time.

I was on there sideline and on the kickoff he had returned the ball to the 25 yard line and a gang of Mustang players knocked him out of bounds. He was on the ground and the ref's didn't let the ballgame go any futher after the Coach from Chester Co. ask for the game to stop.

 

Hats off to the Chester Co. team and quick recovery to the player that was injured.

The injured player was #11, Rodricus Clark. He's a tough kid... he'll come through this all right.
