Union County slaughters West Greene

Tonight Union County defeated West Greene 102 to 40. The Patriots came two points from breaking the schools record for most points in the game. The first quarter was not all that impressive but after that they dominated the boards with 59 points in the first half. The patriots are not ranked at this time but i feel after they defeat Anderson County again and with the upcoming win over Pigeon Forge and GP, I think that people will look at the Patriots with more respect.

I wouldn't get overly excited about this win. Hopefully you achieved this by using your reserves the entire second half like Rutledge and S. Greene did. I assure you that they would have had these same kind of scores and probably worse if they had played their starters in the 2nd half.

The starters played the entire second half and the full court press was in effect. They never "called off the dogs" This was a pitiful display of sportsmanship!
