o trust me, i know, its just, i dont have enough confidence in my shot to shoot, that my main problem in neutral, is that i wont commit to a move, although i am working on a couple "things" for regions...

High Crotch is where it's at. Thats my favorite, and also our 189's favorite. When we work on takedowns we will practice the high crotch for most of that time. We also try to keep up on our double and and outright singles.

Hey man don't worry about the confidence thing just don't think when you shoot. If you don't worry about messing up it probably would help. just practice shooting alot.
