3. Obion Central plays loser of Covington and Brighton

2. Westview plays winner of Haywood and Ripley

4. Crockett County plays winner of Covington and Brighton

 

I think Westview plays at 8:00 Friday and Crockett plays at 6:30. Then Obion Central plays at 8:00 Thursday Gibson County opens it at 6:30 Thursday.

 

Will be a very good tourney at Haywood.......

The only team that has a chance of winning a game for 14AA is Covington. I'm predicting a 13AA sweep.

Gibson Co. and Westview are locks.

 

Covington and Crockett Co. will be the best of the first round. Covington has a girl nobody can stop and it will be and up and down contest.

 

Obion should win, it depends on how many touches Roney can get.

 

Somebody call Chuck West, he needs to put on a stomping clinic for our 13AA coaches!!

Haywood has athletes that could hurt the Westview youth. (Wizard will have a plan)

 

I said we would sweep two weeks ago, now I think the #1s and #2s both win...

Brighton is not very good...They have gone 1-5 against 13AA with the lone win against DC the second game of the season. They shot lights out. Crockett has beat them twice and Obion absolutely mauled them twice.

 

The only team that has a snow balls chance in the Bahamas of winning is Covington. Krystal Robinson may be good enough to carry them by herself.

twhoops, I agree with you. Brighton took a spanking when GC played them in Brighton. Was a very good night in Martin tonight. Two good games. Westview is a very good team, they just lack alittle horsepower playing Gibson county. I predict a 13aa sweep and a repeat of tonight's championship game. Same results.

Forgive me as I am new to the board, but I couldn't resist.....

 

WesCharge sure does know his stuff....and thebeave sure seems knowledgeable as well.....I just think that somewhere there is going be an upset in the regional tournament, just a feeling I have.....it could have something to do with having a zero in the loss column. Just my gut, don't hang me e up here..

Great game tonight between Westview and Gibson county, even though it seemed like alot of hate was goin on during the game, I think both student sections showed pretty good respect for one another afterwards, both clapped for the other team...... we'll see ya in the regionals.

Hurt, I hope the two meet two more times. I don't mean any disrespect for Westview. They're a great team and Paige IS purty. Of course it's because she's from Gibson County.

I know one of OC's wins over Brighton was 40+ points.They also defeated Covington in the holiday tournament at Obion Co.I know this means nothing now,but having played them already helps you prepare a little better.My prediction is a sweep for 13AA.Who was the MVP of the district by the way?

This is Gibson County's region the rest of the teams just live in it......Gibson County will beat Westview and both will advance to the State Tourney...30-0
