How good is Walker Valley?

How good are they, or how good should/could they be? They have more talent than any team in the area. Even more talent than McMinn Central. They are more well balanced. If they would just use what they got. They've got that big girl Morris inside who is twice as big as anyone in Walker Valley's whole school. There ain't no reason why they don't throw her the ball every time down the floor instead of shootin the 3 all the time. They should be alot better than they are.

it seems more and more like the best teams in the state are powered by their youngsters! just look at Heritage Greeneville South Greene McMinn Central and Pigeon Forge........who else is there.....give me some feedback

Against teams with a mismatch in the post play- she does get the ball- ALOT- her 34 pts against McMinn Central prove that! Walker Valley has alot of quickness, and getting down the floor quickly might be an issue as to why the 3 is shot so often. Morris can play with the best of them- WHEN SHE WANTS to! Cox is also a terrific post player- she doesn't have the height that Morris has but she can get off the floor on those rebounds, which are just as crucial as any points- Butler and Burrell and Tucker are good enough 3 pt shooters to shoot it when the post play is matched up. Walker Valley is getting stronger each year and only loses 1 senior this year, so this year as well as next should be an interesting and exciting year for the Lady Mustangs! Good Luck in the tourney!
