Standard AAU Freestyle Tournament Format

 

9:30 – 10:30 am Weigh-ins

11:00 am Wrestling begins

 

 Grades 6th – 12th only (3 divisions: 6 & 7, 8 & 9, 10-12)

 Will be grouped in no more than 5 man round-robins, or 8 man double elimination bracket (closest weights).

 1st , 2nd , & 3rd place finishes

 Tie breakers: head-to-head; most pins; most total points

 Must have an AAU card (www.aausports.org), or you can purchase one for $20.00 at the gate.

 Entry Fee: $10.00 / division

 Gate: Adult - $3.00 ; children under 10 - $2.00
