Columbia advances to Sectional

Just wanted to tip my hat to Coach Rachael Moore and the Columbia Lady Lions for making it to the regional finals. Columbia hadn't even been to the region tournament since 1998 and in one season Moore has them playing for a region championship and a trip to the state tournament. That's quite an accomplishment!

I agree with you bearland. Racheal has the girls talking and playing with one another, it really good to see her come in and turn the program around, she was determined to prove to everyone that she did not have to wait to next year to have a good team, she was going to work with the team that she had this year. And to have only one player graduating, Columbia should have a awesome season next year.

I know this is this year but has anyone heard or know about the 2-3 transfers that are around for next year? I'm told they will change the face of the team from a depth standpoint and make contenders for the next few years.
