Opinions are like a**holes we all have them and some stink. You cannot put anything on the early races since you don't know the training plans of the runners. Williamson beat Herringshaw only twice last CC season, the first race and then the important one at the end of the season. There are impressive times out there and we will have to see who is healthy come May. Some of the best runners didn't make it to state last year due to tough sectionials and they could have been in the top 5. Don't hold your breath or puff out your chest on your picks. Let them all line up in late May and then we will see who the best is on that day.

First of all, how did Pair get on the list? he was 7th in CC this year, and he barely broke 11 last year in track, if he even broke it (Im not sure if he did).

Last year Pair broke broke 10:30 as a freshman, and this year he's already run around 10:15 at the Scott Hartman relays. So look out for him...he'll be good

C. Morgan ran a 10:33 last week at Cumberland- It was his 1st time to run it too- No competition either. He'll probably stick with the 1600, and 800 though anyways!

Spencer Whittier ran a 10:03 at the McCallie Midsouth Classic!

Sounds like the 3200 will be very competitive this year- With Cowan, Pair, Whittier, Longstreth, and Howarters times are dropping every week- He got a late start on training, but will peek about time for region and state!
