Studied the game under Charlie Anderson, his old assistant Bill Harris and father who coached 30 years. Paid coach for just 3 years but free coach for 7 years. My father finished up his head coaching career by being an assistant for his last 7 years. You gotta understand your place to make it work. We have a head coach at CPA that knows what he is doing and assistants that respect that.
