Surprised that Columbia doesn't have a true soccer coach considering how big youth soccer is there.

yeh it sure is growing but not quite to the standard of a williamson county, but yeah i would really like to have a true soccer coach

tnmorrisey if you read my last post I mentioned that Columbia does not have a good enough offense to compete with Bearden or Farragut. But they will hold their own against the rest. Do you go to Blackman? If so I understand stand why you hate Columbia. Blackman clearly underestimated Columbia in the regionals since they beat them 4-0 during the season. If anyone thinks missing a few good players doesnt make a difference they are wrong. Columbia played Blackman during the season without their starting keeper and their starting sweeper. Both were back for the second game. Columbia 1 Blackman 0. Columbia then went on to beat Riverdale 1-0. They beat Columbia during the season 4-1 without their starting sweeper. Columbia beat them in the regional finals 1-0 with their sweeper. Riverdale probably underestimated Columbia also. These two teams were probably the toughest teams they played up until the Bearden game. Columbia clearly overachieved during the playoffs last year. But that is better than underachieving. Columbias team is better than last years so why shouldnt they be a little optimistic. But they definitely need to pick up their offense a little. You cant always count on winning 1-0 games.

Thank you chs_soccer34, i agree with you, but i need to put in my two cents worth on this fool. mrfun, who are you to critique columbia? You know nothing about us other than we lost to a good team in a state tournament LAST YEAR! Why does it matter what any team did last year? This is this year, so i would greatly appreciate it if you would worry about your own team this year and not ours from last year. And thats all i have to say about that.
