And they are above .500 for the first time since April 2001. I have a friend who is a die hard Tigers and Lions fan and he said that they've been losing so many games in the past so they can get draft picks so he got an email telling him they better watch out or my Cardinals, who got beat , might take some of those good picks away from them. lol

i dont think people realize how big of a baseball town detroit really is, they will find out very quickly, this tigers team is for real, they may not make the playoffs but i think they get at least 75-80 wins

Not sure how long it will last, but being a lifelong Reds fan and Tigers fan, who spent many years watching the rookie league Bristol Tigers while living in the Tri-Cities, I must say I am enjoying the start of this season!
