Has anyone heard of any Jamborees in Middle Tennessee?

Lebanon is having one , Siegel will be the only school from RC that will be competing in it.

I am fairly sure that it is.....but maybe one of the Siegel folk will enlighten us...seems like I heard that JR Pro were playing in it too....so it might be on Sat nite.

Okay, Croach this is official.......Siegel at lebanon Jamboree on Aug 20th. Also Blackman is in the Ravenwood Jamboree on the same night as Siegel.

Columbia Central, Spring Hill, Mount Pleasant,???- Spring Hill plays Mount Pleasant.

Our jamboree is this Friday night August 13th.- Mount Pleasant has a pretty good team and Spring Hill has improved since last season.

Williamson County will NOT have a jamboree this year

Friday, Aug. 20, the Middle TN Kick-Off Classic is in its second year at Lebanon High. Lebanon, siegel, David Lipscomb and Clarksville NE will play in the varsity periods. Local junior high teams will play the warm-up games. Tickets are $5 per.

Creek Wood is playing Lawrence County in the Columbia Lions Bowl Jamboree this Friday at 6:00 pm

Sad to hear that Williamson Co will not have a Jamboree this year. I wish the coaches and all the schools would agree on having it. It is always fun to see the talent of the county in one place. What an awesome experience. Plus, with a new school opening up, Independence, it would probably be a blast for the players to go against their former teammates and friends.

I hope they decide to bring it back sometime soon. I would think that as much interest as their seems to be in Williamson Co football that a jamboree would be successful and an enjoyable experience for all that are involved. Maybe, that's just because I'm a fan of football and of all the Williamson County schools. Best wishes to all the teams in the county.

Trousdale County will be having the Tobacco Bowl Jamboree on Friday August 20. All games will be two quarters in length.

Here is the schedule.

 

7:00 p.m. Gordonsville vs. Macon Co

7:45 p.m. Smith Co vs. Watertown

8:30 p.m Trousdale Co vs. Wilson Central
