King of Landers
Unaka is all mouth. Some of the players saying they are gonna beat Cloudland in the paper. What a joke! I remember going to Stoney Creek in 1991. They had a big sign up that said "WATCH OUT CLOUDLAND". Some of you hicks from the creek might remember that. What did we do? We ran roughshod over them hicks and left them licking their wounds on their home field. We will have complete and total dominion over Unaka. Logic
Logic, Your name doesn't fit you. I think I asked how many basketball players played football also. Logically that would give you more athletes. It also takes 11 on the field at a time, not 5. Duhhhhhh 825316725 / quote] you are correct you did ask how many basketball players played football and I asked the question how many football players played basketball if more players means better results dosen't that apply to both sports?pretty logical to me.I don't get to watch neither as much as I would like with my schedule.the reason I even possed the question was I know how strong school spirit is on SC and after the state title school spirit should be at an all time high, and that can carry over regardless of who plays what. AsIs
Cloudland has used this momentum from their football and tried to carry it over to their basketball with little or no success. To answer your question, yes, IF the coaching staff handles it properly. (ours never has)

(ours never has) 825321651 iv'e watched the coaching staff play when they were young and have followed their coaching careers they really love their community and i don't see them dropping the ball on this one the example that was set in march is a high one but it's one that can be meet .wins and loses take care of their self.sc show your class like you did in march.i'll try to be there friday for the game.
