Bishop Byrne refuses to finish BGA game

 

 

 

FRANKLIN — BGA (0-6-1) tied Bishop Byrne 14-14 on a 2-yard run from Jackson Norman in the fourth quarter. But at the start of overtime, Bishop Byrne walked off the field and refused to finish the game.

 

BGA plans to protest the outcome next week.

I am sure there is something they are protesting by not finishing the game.

 

However, regardless of what it is, there should be additional consequences from the TSSAA for Bishop Byrne in addition to a loss.
