I doubt that. Whos to say they will lose they beat Cookeville the first time around why not do it again?

ballgirl, the big deal is that the rules say that they CAN'T...........and you better believe that all coaches after seeing this thread will make sure that they are NEVER up there again as THEY have the right to challenge it. It does give them an unfair vantage point. Obviously you do not understand that the higher up you are the easier it is to see the formation and make your play call. That is why scouts go as high as they can in the bleachers to watch a shool. Don't you think if the opposition had the chance or invitaion they would be up there too??

Honstly at Lebanon the other team has the chance to be in the lift. and they have the skybox anyway. there is only one coach in the lift and the other person is working on film. and if the other coaches had a problem they would of said something already!

they probably didnt realize that those were coaches. like region said earlier, im sure that every coach that plays at lebanon from now will make sure those arent coaches on top of that lift

According to the TSSAA it is not illegal. Many schools do it and you do not have to have the vantage point available for the opposition. By high school federation rules it is illegal but the TSSAA has chosen to ignore that rule, as they do several others proposed by the national body.

Can you PROVE that every team's coaches were given the opportunity to be on the lift?? I didn't think so.

 

When 82 Cat gets on, he will tell us if Smyrna was offered the chance. The experience that WE have had with your staff .........well they aren't so courteous..... your head coach NEGLECTED to tell us that the game had been postponed til Saturday.......I just don't see him going out of his way to invite the other coaches up on the lift.It might kind of ruin their plans........you know reading signals of the coach by putting the camera ZOOM on him and then calling it down to the HC!??

ballgirl i would have to say you are right that Lebanon did beat Cookeville first time around. But remember it is very difficult to beat a team twice in the same season?
