Lawrence Co defeated York. I think it was 53-49.

 

Brandi Brown had 31 for York.

by far the best game of the day. Lawrence Co. didn't lead until the 4th. They play Bob Jones out of Huntsville tomorrow. They are a very athletic team but I think L.C. will prevail. Man the Lady Lions from C town are loaded.

I've never seen a AAA school shoot as bad as Lebanon did tonight. They had 5 points at the half on 1 FG and 3 FT's.

After seeing the Wildcats I think the Lady Lion should breeze by them. If it wasn't for #25 for LC they would have been in trouble tonight. Who is she? Does their coach ever calm down.

Lauran Hudgins, she transfered in last year from Tullahoma. Shes a good player, can shoot the lights out when shes on. She could be really good, if she were consistent. But, no one is. You cant expect someone to come in everynight, and hit every shot. It doesnt work that way. She does see the floor well though.

You are correct, when she is on. So can everone else when they are on. She is a good player, not a great one.

Lawrence Co just defeated Bob Jones of Huntsville by 6 I think will have to get back with the actual score.

The final score was Lawrence Co. 55, Bob Jones 47. #25 Lauren Hudgins was on the money again tonight. I didn't keep a scoresheet on this game, but she was hitting almost everyshot and had several threes. I'll see if I can find a box score somewhere.

The box score in the Daily Herald is incorrect but according to the story.

 

Lauren Hudgins had 22 points she was 9 of 10 from the field including 4 of 4 on 3- pointers. She had 3 steals.

 

Rachel Meek had 19 points and 11 rebounds.

 

Janaya Wade-Fray had 21 for Bob Jones.
