Watauga Conference-How are things looking?

whats everyones prediction on the happy valley volunteer game tonight and i also want to know if jay hughes will be playing.

Happy Valley will "dot" Volunteer by 15-20

if hv plays wit determination and makes a statement then the game wont be close at all

With the loss of Jay Hughes for the Falcons, if they dont come out ready to play ball and if they dont play together then your right hvwarrior it wont be close but if the Falcons play together like they did against Cherokee then the game may alot closer than alot of people think.

how did the happy valley volunteer game end up.

it was a pretty close game.hv looked like they were gonna pull away but volunteer came back after halftime.one thing i noticed was frazier seemed to be a bit of a ball hog.everytime he got the ball on the offensive end of the court he shot it,a whole lot of first look shots as well.hv didnt play their best but pulled it out.i think that if volunteer evens the ball distribution they can have an impact on the conference

I think last nights game probably proved that HV and Volunteer are 1 and 2 in the conference, i still dont see central being that good they lost all 5 starters and lost to a Sullivan East team that scored 24 points last night against TN High. Im looking forward to HV coming down to Volunteer.

Happy Valley might be the #1 conference team, but I can't give Volunteer the call for #2 quite yet. The Falcons did have a good game last night, but the season is just getting going. Good luck.

the top teams will find a way to win,ie uc vs sn and hv vs volunteer,jus bc they were close games doesnt mean it should move a team up or down
