Thanks to Mr. Monkey we have to restart this topic. Who wins and by how much? I will say that after a tough loss to So. Pitt we will rebound and win by 2-10 pts. The gym will be packed so everybody needs to be there to watch some good ball.

first there is only 7 teams in the district and it is a race for 5th with City. our district is probably better and more competitve than yours too

First of all, it's "there ARE only 7 teams." Come on, at least try.

 

Second, I don't care if it's for 5th, 6th, 7th, or 181st place in the district. It's NOT a BIG game. Nobody cares who is fighting it out to see who gets to lose in the first round of the district playoffs and who is not even going to make it that far. A big game in District 6-A is CCS at Lookout Valley, South Pittsburg at Lookout Valley, or MAYBE Whitwell at South Pittsburg. Everything else is just to see who gets to get blown out in the playoffs and by whom, and who doesn't even get to do that.

man i wish u would appreciate ALL the teams not just the good ones. i bet in college football you only cheer for no. 1,2,3. and in hs basketball all u care about is temple, grace, lookout valley, and ccs. the region has 8 schools not 4. so this is a big game for 5th because it would be easier to get to regions. thumb

It might be important to Sale Creek and Richard Hardy, but this is by no means an HUGE game. That's like saying Army-Navy is a huge game.
