CPA vs. Westmoreland

Ezfan, did you have excuses for your other two losses to CPA this year? Just be happy for your boys' team. They could do well. Let the CPA girls enjoy their time. They've never gone this far, and it's a lot of fun.

No excuses for the first two - only the last one when the referees gift-wrapped the game for CPA...

brian, I demand nothing. Read it if you want; agree with me ....or Not. But the fact that ptguard, who incidentally continuously ranks, or more likely, ignores teams he Never sees play, speaks Volumes. But nothing was forced on you. Bottom Line: the CPA Lady Lions, went to the Final Four, regardless of who they played, or didn't play to get there. And yes, Unaka is proud to have played them.

And guard, if I was poking fun at you; how'bout when you did your little (cough, cough) at CPA. You deserved having to eat your words on that one. And as a prognosticator, you should fully expect that you're going to be reminded of your Arrogant Condescensions. You laughed at Unaka, and in doing so, you back-handed CPA; for that you should Apologize, but rather, you write nearly a full-page defense of your bad behavior. Shame on you. You are still trying to steal some of CPA's satisfaction of having made the Final Four. That's Very Un-Professional on your part.

***FBGIRL, Please use the Boys of Unaka of last season as Complete Satisfaction that your Lady Lions are a very good, and incidentally, though "guard" won't admit it, very deserving basketball team. ptguard12 and brian have this fixation with "well, if ya'll had to play these Great Teams we had to play," etc. It gets so tiring. Unaka was "given" the Gold Ball last season, based on who "got upset" in the earlier rounds. So Funny, because every time I'm at Unaka, I still see that shiney, golden thing in the Trophy Case ....even though ALL Unaka fans know full-well that we don't deserve it.

And yes, it is an honor to have played a Final Four Team. And don't let anyone rob you of the satisfaction of what your Lions accomplished.

guard and brian are both fine boys no doubt; unless you happen to Disagree with them. And, after re-reading your "explanation" of how CPA reached State, I'm a little shocked that an alleged sports-writer would go out of his way to offend so many other programs.

Remember, ptguard12, all I did was react to your put-down of both Unaka and CPA.

What you've done in response is inexcusable. If this continues (and I fully expect this post to get us CLOSED) you will have managed to put down nearly every team in Tennessee. But nice touch on your next post, you know, the one where you're really happy for the CPA folks, and how you want them to enjoy every moment, like you used to do. Good Grief.

And brian, guard, PLEASE apologize on behalf of the Lady Lions. Tell all those "more-deserving" teams that they should have made it to Murfreesboro. Gee, the world of Basketball is so unfair, huh?

    • Great to meet you too.  We're going to work hard to get back.
    • I extend my gratitude to ManCoverage for initiating this discussion thread tailored to the residents of Trousdale County. In times of adversity within our football team, it is imperative to have an outlet for expression, and what better platform than CoachT's Craigslist forum? I respectfully request that GOAT exercise discretion in his commentary, as his remarks have caused me personal distress.
    • I am inclined to wager a substantial portion of my financial assets on the likelihood that Waggoner shall transition to an alternative coaching vocation prior to the year 2028. It is my contention that discerning individuals are beginning to perceive his coaching prowess as lacking in the requisite excellence. Allow me to articulate the following assertion: Waggoner represents a markedly superior choice compared to the individual who perpetrated the act of fuel theft.   This individual exhibits a conspicuous propensity for frequent professional transitions, a trait which undermines his credibility and renders him an untenable choice for serious consideration. It is indeed confounding that his candidacy continues to garner attention and support.
    • Yeah same   It’s definitely true that tough times make tough kids, but some kids just have a big passion for the game and will become the best of the best no matter where they come from.
    • Hope you enjoy it King and good to meet you at state this year. Good luck to the Lady Landers. Keep battling.
