Westview can clinch the # 1 overall seed if they beat Crockett Co., if they lose then Waverly/Camden will be the # 1 seed.

Not necessarily, if Lipscomb wins tomorrow and Fairview loses then Westmoreland would get Lipscomb in the first round.
