District and region are both scheduled to be held in Linden at PCHS. I'm sure the coach was referring to the District meeting which is held in Waynesboro.

I'm pretty sure NCS, Jo Byrns, Trousdale Region 5 WC, Huntingdon Region 6 & Union City, Dresden, & Peadbody Region 7 are all in the west this year, Which means only 1 of those teams will be playing for a Gold ball against CA South or one of the Far East teams like Greenback. Looks like WC path would be Montery, Jo Byrns, NCS, Union City of everything works out the way it should.

Glad to see coach Rice back at Waynesboro. He's a good coach and a better person.

I know for a fact that Coach Crews(C'Wood) has not been contacted about the W'Boro job. He's happy were he's at.

It's hard to predict a game like this. I saw Union City play Cloudland Wednesday, and if anyone could tell what UC had let me know because Cloudland was so bad that the UC starters stayed on the bench most of the game. UC obviously has the advantage athletically over WCHS, but I have seen stranger things happen. Hope it's a good game.

Any idea if the game will be broadcast on the radio or internet tonight?

I heard that a Loretto player hit an official. Can anyone give some details on this.

In Single-A, Moore County is a good young team. I can see them being very good next year. Also Summertown and Collinwood have a good group of freshman. Wayne County has a great middle school program.

By looking at the updates, I can see that Summertown outscored Wayne County 28-15 from the 6:00 mark in the 3rd. Did someone get in foul trouble or what was the deal?

Huge win for Collinwood. Had not beat Perry Co. in several years. Collinwood has turned things around and the program is headed in the right direction. Everyone on the team returns next year.
