Wow lol dont really know much about this situation but Pujo's sum up reminded me a few years ago my father in law was working chains at an Avery game and a guy from cloudland got threw out of the game. Afterwards i asked him why the player got ejected and he said "Welll he said something about the ref's mother" LOL I was like yeap that will do it

Just saw where the Avery Journal put the halftime stats . Total yards Clouldand 248 Avery 107, yards dont mean a thing on the scoreboard but just shows it was a little closer than the score said.

Thought Cloudland got wore down towards the end. hard to chase the qb all night. I was truthfully impressed with the defense . Thought Avery's qb would burn us worse than he did. Was a way more competitive game than the score indicates.

So what do you all think about that Cloudland vs Hampton game??? LOL Im picking South Greene. Was impressed with your all's size and also with the subs that came in when you starters needed a few plays off.

Yeah and then of course little mike but his dad was coaching so of course he was gonna come down. Not saying Hampton had any more than we did I rem when Hampton people called us Avery East lol . Just saying Winning Programs make people want to come play for them.

I just hope to stay dry lol

Im camping this weekend so you you all keep the game updated. Think right now Hampton is the favorite but if Cloudland can keep the mistakes down and get a few brakes they can win.

Wow threads on coacht all over the place lately. As a Cloudland fan we have been on both sides with transfers . When we were winning got a lot of transfers from Avery County then when we had some tough years we lost some to Elizabethton, Hampton and Avery County. I think all the Carter County teams lose some to Elizabethton now they they are winning but im sure when they are down it switches. I think all the teams get some , I rem about 3 straight Qbs that started for Hampton were from other schools a few years back when they were making some deep runs. I think "most" of the time the team who is winning gets the transfers.

I think Happy Valley will win easily too but a they have a few questions after beating hampton. Which qb plays, can they find more offense,looking at their schedule they have a few weeks to get some of those questions answered.

Think Hampton has to be the favorite but anything can happen in these games. Was happy with the changes I saw coach White put it against South Greene on offense. We moved the ball on them better than i thought we would. Hampton coming off a hard fought loss to H.V. would like to say they would have a let down game but i cant see them looking over this game lol.

Back to the original thread. I think H.V. takes this one. May have a little letdown after beating hampton but think they still take this one . A whole thread out there for Cloudland and Hampton.

South greene and Cocke county fighting it out. Region 1 2a is gonna be a good race and some tough outs in the play-offs
