Ensworth vs McCallie @Ensworth Round 2

Big playoff implications on this game. BA and McCallie have already clinched #1 & #2 seeds respectively, and this game is for the #3 seed. If Ensworth wins they clinch, a lost will give the #3 seed to Pope John Paul. The #3 seed isn't necessarily an attractive seed in the East bc all roads go through Brentwood, but the #4 seed you have to go through two tough opponents along with playing a first round game instead of having a bye. A lost would make Ensworth have to go through McCallie and CBHS after playing a first round game at home at worst. I dont think this years Ensworth team is nearly as good as last, so it really doesn't matter who they go through.

But I got McCallie by 8, the home crowd will keep it close knowing what's at stake. Ensworth will lose tonight and more than likely have to face McCallie in the Quarterfinals in Nashville.

    • While I appreciate being credited with multiple accounts, I have to say that is not true. Will you please report back to your people that I am not someone who provides sharp, witty banter, but rather someone who is putting the shoe on the other foot for some people that have been repeatedly bashing others here and in real life for the past few years? Everything that I have stated has been backed by factual evidence or public record, so no need to be sharp and witty.
    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
