Doesnt look like Ward will be missed much at Whites Creek. No one is even speaking on him lol. However I dont see why he would want the Brainerd job. Howard Brainerd and Tyner have no real feeder schools and of the 3 schools Brainerd has less football players in the building and that school may just be the worst of the worst

You pose a good question. Why didnt he get a chance in chatt? I dont have the answer to that the only time I go back to chatt are for Holidays and I try to catch up with my Hustlin Tigers then. Everything I get from chatt sports is through coach T and some friends I have back in the city. I was told he was offered the Howard job last year and he accepted it but then days later he sent a text and declined the offer. I have found this to be true. Now I am hearing that he has already accepted the job at Brainerd which he is an alumni now I dont know how true this is because there is no opening at WC and the opening for Brainerd is still posted. but like you say, time will tell

Wow!!! I have been gone but when I talk back with my friends in Chattanooga they always say he is doing a great job at WC. They claim he is taking over the brainerd job next year to put their program back on the map. But I see the position is still open and WC is not posted

Didnt coach Ward just win coach of the Year though?

So now I see why my post about Brainerd football has been ignored. Many of my friends in Chattanooga have been speaking on how Coach Ward is leaving WC and coming home to Brainerd. Looking at this post nobody cares about Brainerd football or WC football.

what are facts? Is he taking the job?

At this point Brainerd High School doesn't have a football coach. In my opinion they should bring up the coach from the Middle school. However rumors keep pointing the finger saying that Tyrus Ward is the next coach is there any truth to this? or does anyone even care?

Brainerd is not the same Brainerd High school that was led by Robert High. Yes this coach is winning but he is doing it with everyone else talent. They have been recruiting for about 3 years now and have the nerve to complain about the private schools. Under Coach High in the 80s through the 2000s you never heard of his not representing the school in a positive light

This should be a good one. Sequatchie out powered howard, Notre Dame did as well. Howard was not the same howard team that blew out Red Bank. The entire defensive line changed after that game due to injuries. I was still impressed with both teams 37 is a man for sequatchie but I think ND has more athletes but we will see.... this game is a huge toss up

Havent posted in a long time...But I have been silently watching and reading post. It seems some think that Howard will be a push over in this game. News flash Sequatchie Howard is not your typical 4 seed This 4 seed beat the region champs easily!!! They are physical and fast

Like I said in a earlier post all highschools recruit...Brainerd has about 4 recruits on their team and they were blowing my tigers out and still pressing, they cant complain karma is real

I am tired of hearing about recruiting we all know that it happens. In Chattanooga McCallie and Baylor are robbing the innercity schools for their best athletes and leaders. Not to mention the regular Hamilton Co schools are recruiting as well. Recruiting shouldn't matter for CPA first game because Levar Brown has done a great recruiting job himself to get brainerd to the boro. He only has 2 transfers from Ooltewah, one from Red Bank, and maybe his best player is the freshman that is Zoned to go to Howard but some kind of way ended up at Brainerd. I wonder where he got the address from considering he didn't even know of Brainerd coming from Savanah. Everybody recruits in some way its all on the parents who let their kids be used to win sporting events

They dont run plays just jack up alot of 3s plus when they are down he just sits there and gives up, no coaching at all

Brainerd needs to be investigated for all these recruits they have in from red bank, and ooltewah, not to mention the kids from savanah live in howards zone...please tell me how these kids live in south chattanooga and attend brainerd and they are not a magnet school

i dont know what game you guys were watching but it was bad neither team looked good at all... It was like watching a middle school game>>>> It was officiated terribly and one ref made all the calls and the fouls were lopsided>>>> But i know you are looking at it as any win against Howard is a good win

how will the district tournament be played this year are they going to play the first round at the top seeded schools home or will the entire tournament be at Howard? THey sure picked a fine year to let us host lmbo

My issue with tyner?! I dont have one im glad yall are good i hope you make it to state ive never posted anything against tyner but i think the taunting was a bit much when you havent done a thing but beat a team that everyone is blowing out and only one other person has posted so what are you talking about....i state facts no lies from me you guys say Harris is the best coach in the city i say prove it numbers dont lie moose beats him often i say spence shouldnt and cant taunt jojo cause he has been state 3 times and tyner has been 3 times in school history
