it just all depends on who shows up with their "A" game. If East shows up and C.A. doesnt then East will win, and vice versa. Although i have heard alot about East's defense i just want to know... what major schools have they played. not trying to discredit them but have they played a highpowered offensive team yet? j.w.

No doubt many teams lost some key players, but it appears it is C.A.s district to lose, with a sweep of all the teams by a 2-0 score it appears they might be in the driver seat for this district. But we will see tommorow with a test of Giles Co. btw C.A. beat all teams by 2-0 except for Wayne Co. which they out in their freshman squad.

yea there is one kid from C.A. i think his number is 89 he can punt the ball really well. I think he is averaging like 45 yards a punt but C.A. doesnt really kick deep that much or nething so his kicking stats arent that impressive.

I will agree with you on the part that they are undersized, fast but just yet idk if they have the team unity that the line had when they went to the second round yet. notice i said yet, with each practice they seem to become more of a team, pick each other up n all that! It is good to see a highschool team pull togethor

No doubt C.A.s line is undersized but what they lack in size is made up for with speed. I think compared to anyones line they are undersized and undermatched but they are overachievers. Somehow they still manage to pull it off, idk how but their line gets the job done.

I agree with sss... on this one C.A. hasnt played very good teams thus far but the ones they played they beat in a convincing fashion! Not knocking W.C. but the 2 teams they beat werent very good and when they beat them it was very sloppy. The team who executes the best wins by a Margin of 2 tds!

Ya know what i dont think C.A. has to fall off from a high horse because they still played like they were underdogs! But the game was alot closer than the score looked. What was the deal with the P.C. coaches not letting C.A. run the clock with like 1 min to go. BTW that clipping call was bogus (unbiased)

Naturally i say Trojans but this year it seems the region does not have the same heirarchy as usual so nething goes but i still feel a Trojans win here!

i still dont see how C.A. cant at least be in the hunt even though they are in first place. But granted the 2 teams they have played arent awesome but just to be in first place right now you have to consider them! but these next games will definetly add some clarity to this region.

Wow MTP defense better than their offense, well i know youre probably tired of hearing that but that will happen to you after one of Tennessees best players leaves. But since you have 5 running back that can run the ball you MTP will win because if your coaches notice that Cornersville doesnt have much depth and they cramp easy, not in good condition so if they just keep pounding the ball then throw the deep pass i pick MTP by 24. Again depends how long starters are in!

well i do hope they can pull their noses down but i heard that in spring they were kicking some... what happened?! You dont think they peaked too soon do you? hate to see all of that talent fall to shambles idk bout you, hope they get it on track before huntland. but maybe this is what wchs need! just a little sobering up before the season gets too far in.

i agree with Mptigerfan on this one b/c the way C.A. acted during the game, still phscyced (or however u spell it) when they scored, and their is definetly alot they can improve on but they did commit less penalties during the game than they did againt F.R.A. which helped their offense get into a groove!

yes i do believe that MTP can make it win number 2 for them but i would underestimate cornersville too much, their defense is a little young but would take them for granted. MTP by 20 all depends how long they keep in their first string. by the way how deep is MTP in depth... for everything?

yes chuck is a very good downhill runner but if C.A. can stuff the holes at the l.o.s. then they wont be able to move the ball anywhere, after hearing how bad cornersvilles passing attack is i think C.A. will key on their double tight and make them throw! still picking C.A. in this one!

Hmmm i didnt get to see how cornersville played against community, but I did get to see C.A. play and the score couldve easily been 2 or 3 touchdowns higher but C.A. commited too many penalties which set themselves up for a long 2nd and 3rd down, if they can eliminate those penalties C.A. will have a good game... good enough to beat Cornersville. CA by 14 Sry dont know enough about Cornersville's game to talk about it.

What is Giles county record? I think they are good but idk if they are the best in their district.

i believe what amc said was a good point but i think if either one of the teams get momentum early in the game it wont matter what the weather is... at least that is how most teams play, that ive noticed!
