I have to believe that all the top seeds will advance past the first round. Harpeth should handle Cheatham and SC has been very good at home this year. CW-MC is the one matchup that is very interesting, but I give the advantage to CW since it is at their place, which is probably the toughest place to play in the district.

SC is 2-1 with wins against Creek Wood and Waverly at home and a loss at Harpeth.

Does anybody have the standing for the district and the remaining games left?

Chaz Feathers (#9 Quarterback) was killed in an ATV accident early Saturday morning around 4 A.M. He was with two other friends on the four wheeler while going back through the woods to one of their houses. Chaz was riding on the front of the four wheeler when it was in a collision with a horse. All three students were thrown off. One of the students was trying to perform CPR but it was too late. He died in the arms of one of his best friends. The three students were at a get together with a bunch of other football players when they decided to leave. Nearly all of Chaz's good friends had to see the terrible accident. Please keep everyone in your prayers. He was a not only a great player, but a great friend and person. Chaz would have been the starting quarterback as a Senior. Visitation is Monday, June 14th from 4-8 at SCHS. The funeral will be held Tuesday, June 15th from 11-1 at SCHS.

Stewart Co. has had the experience the past two years as many of this years seniors have seen numerous playing time the past two years and none of them want this to end. They know the task at hand and also know Milan is a very very good football team. However, we will come out and give it our all regardless and do whatever it takes. We think our gameplan, if performed to perfection, can beat Milan. Any Given night right? SC will come out strong and wants that first career playoff win. Go Rebels!!

I'll try and post updates from the SC-Harpeth game. I couldn't go tonight and have someone texting me everytime someone scores.

I will be following Science Hill very close this year. I met Coach Cutlip during an individual camp at Lipscomb. He was a great teacher and helped me tremendously over the time at camp. I know he will get the best out of his team this year. Science Hill is very lucky to have such a great coach. Good luck to you all this year.

I knew that but I thought that it was #1 of the whole district. So is it #1 of just that classification? If three teams are 3-7, 2-8, and say 0-10 and finish in the bottom of their district by the guidelines the 3-7 team would get a home game for being the number one seed in their class over a team that finishes 7-3 or 8-2 ye number 2 in their classification?

Gerry Bertier, I am curious as to how Stewart County is a #6 seed at 6-2 finishing thrid in their district, 2nd iin 3A, while Fairview is 4-4 (2-3) and BTW is 3-6 (2-2) are ahead of tehm. Can you please explain this to me?

I expect SC to come out firing knowing what is at stake with playoffs and possibly a home game if they win out. Last year SC came out of the gate slow @ Riverside and I don't expect that to happen this time. This senior group has been critical to the past two years to get to the playoffs and they all want another shot at that first win. I believe they have a great chance if they get a home game. Go Rebs!

Is the game broadcasted on the internet? I am sick and will not be able to attend.

I will not predict a score for this game as I have great respect for both teams. However, I am going to be rooting for the Rebels in this one. I think the game will be decided in the trenches as SC has great team speed and I am sure Camden is still a great power team. Whoever establishes the offense first and commits the least amount of mistakes will take this game. Good luck to both teams.

Stewart County came out from the get go and dominated tonight winning 41-0. Jesse Voss ran 10 times for 176 and 2 TDs (76, 50). Cheatham had 48 yards of total offense and went 0-1 through the air. Rebels just played great ball tonight. Good luck to both teams rest of the way.

It is not set in stone yet ks but him and Coach Genz said hes probably done. However, there is a chance still so he may try and give it a go. After watching him, he should probably wrap it up and get healthy. He has three MLB teams looking at him.

Well guys as soon as SC seems to finally be getting everyone back from injury something horrible happens. Pieratt got hurt against Creek Wood Wednesday I believe and is now most likely out for the year. He will possibly need surgery and 6 months to recover. Very unfortunate. SC should be getting back Milliken soon who is a junior and has been a starter since his freshmen year. Pieratt has not done very good due to injuries so it may be best to wrap up his high school career and get ready for his college career.

Pieratt is good to go. They said he should be back after Spring Break as far as pitching. Our spring break is next week so I believe he will be able to go against CW. Or atleast that is the target date. Turned out to be some soreness from an earlier injury I believe

I believe they are going to wait until next week to see if he can pitch. If not then I believe he is going to the doctor and might have surgery? I am not too sure. I will find out and let ya'll know. He still can hit evident of his home run yesterday.
