We stopped doing "traditional" lifting after getting curb stomped in 2 state championship games,so we found a strength & Conditioning coach. It would've never been possible for us to make this bold move had it not been for Mountain Troll hooking us up with this person,we really feel the Burpees Slaughter Workout (training session on youtube) will put us on top.

If we stink so bad,and couldn't play with with most of your district,why did your coach (according to Zonepirate) call our coach to schedule a game?

Well first off none of the JB posters on CoachT actually coach. We are just alumni/ex-players/or have kids that play....or the later 2.We don't make decisions on who we play or don't play.NONE of our coaches post on CoachT. I don't mind playing you at all.Like Trousdale County,I have a lot of respect for your fb program,and would love to have a good "measuring stick" on just how good/bad we are developing in the regular season.

OP I agree 100%. Very true.I don't fear losing a game or two,or traveling in the playoffs....what I fear is remaining stagnant. Just my opinion,but if JB had been playing teams like Trousdale and South Pitt in the regular season the last 5-6 years,I truly believe we would have 1 gold football sitting in Cedar Hill by now.

It may have been filled. I heard we where close to a deal with Cheatham County a few days ago,but this is coming from a player,not a coach. I would love to play SP again. I think JB can learn a lot from playing SP in the regular season.

If you guys make it to state I will come watch. Where is the bball championship at this year Tenn Tech? Anyway, I've been out of the loop with HS bball for a long time,and I miss going and watching good teams play. The last game I went to see was when Ron Mercer of Goodpasture(who went on to Ky) scored about 60 points against JB. The last time JB made it to the quarter finals in basketball was when Coach Adkins played basketball......so it's been awhile. We got beat down by Memphis Westside and some kid named David Harris who averaged 59 points a game. It's before yalls time I guess,but we had some killer basketball teams in the mid-late 80's.Boltons Sylvester Gray,and Celina had Joey Coe and Jeff ? Arms.Celina had the a collection of kids that could leap through the building. Glazed,if you ever get the chance go watch the Kentucky Sweet 16 tournament. All the classifications play for one trophy.
