The super midgets should look good against Gibbs. We will certainly be 2-1 after Friday night. All I can say is, THANK GOD FOR GIBBS playing us again. I still think we could go 6-4 with some luck.

Don't most coaches play a few backup players to rest there starters, especially if they are playing both ways. What happens when you get a player hurt and his backup hasn't played? How to you expect him to be any good without any experience?

Last time I looked a college could give a scholarship for band, singing, or chorus. Athelete's get scholarships for playing sports. But there grades don't come from getting credit for a PE class that they don't even take. Is a PE grade even figured into a kid's grades for college? I have heard that you have to go thru some search process to be qualified for a scholarship.

You give a PE credit for a class that you didn't take. That just does not sound right to me.

Maryville will not play there starters after the 1st half, maybe the first quarter.

Can't wait for the Powell v. Halls game. We'll beat Powell by more than we will beat Central this Friday night.

Central will not score 14 against the Red Devils and Halls will put up big numbers ala 35 - 40 points. Central's defense is not very good, Halls defense is very good except they gave up too many yards passing to S.C. Central can't throw nearly as good as S.C. did, so that should not be a factor. Halls 2-0 and rolling, Central 0-3 and reeling. I don't agree with RDF about Helton leaving at the end of the year. When they loose this week, he may be gone Saturday morning.
