Yes, I was at the game. I never understood the point of keeping lanning in there untill around 2 mins left in the game. I mean she supposely hurt her ankle, but still continued to play. I dont understand why that is. I mean you are up 20+ and ur Miss Basketball Finalist hurts her ankle and you just leave her in there to keep scoring. I mean Riverdale never let up all night in the scoring area, but thats enough said about that. I saw one guy say Lanning "cant be stopped". I thought we played her well. She started out the game 0-2 or 3. I know she scored 24, but she is not what beat the Lady Cats. I would not be suprised if Riverdale shot 75% or better in the first half. That is a no lie. Every girl was making everything, it was unreal. LCHS couldnt do nothing about it ethier, we'd get a hand in the face and they would still stroke. All in all, it was just one of those nights for LCHS. Riverdale shot unconsicuosley in the first half, and just put it on cruise in the second half. It was going to need to be a low scoring affair for LCHS to win, but it wasnt and thats that.

Any team can win on any given night. Hopefully the Lady Cats from Lawrence County can upset Lanning and Riverdale Monday night.

Yes I know, and have followed her some. She should've been playing for LCHS, but she moved to Riverdale. It will be a good game, hopefully out Lady Cats will come to play.

Yes, this town and students are die hard Lady Cat Faithful. That place erupted when Jones hit that three at the buzzer. And me being on the front row right at the perfect angle of the sideline and I watched the shot the whole way. As soon as she released it was butter all the way. I was one of the first few to hit the court in wild excitement. To WildcatsBasketball...Im sure you prolly no me, and im sure you prolly no me. I'm not sure if its the best idea to put names on these boards or not so im not going to as of now. I am new to this Message Boards room, but i use to be a active member a few years back. Yes i like the "pep" bus idea also. It gets students involved also, so its a win-win situation. Hopefully we can bring the "Cat" Nation into "Siegel Nations" home gym and beat Lanning and Riverdale on Monday night.

Yes, as far as i know Mr Dunn is setting up a "pep bus" to take to the game on monday. He needed 35 students to sign up last night after the game and there were more than 35 wanting to go. So I'm pretty sure that there will be a "pep" bus going. Also, the "Big E Caravan" will be in full force, and Ive herd of more people coming also. So we should have a good student section crowd there Monday night. I was in the student section last night at the Siegel game. I thought we were pretty loud, but then again im right in the middle. I thought we had a good crowd there, and were pretty loud in my book. However, the farther up the student section the weaker the noise gets. I also feel that moving us from where we normaly were hurt us some to. We didnt feel like we were really on the floor, but I didnt particularly like it.

Well we are going to have to play real good basketball. Lanning scored 45 on Shelbyville and our whole team scored 33 vs them in the District Champ. Game. However, we got good momentum going into this game. And ive herd that last night after the Siegel win, Coach Scott had about 15-20 min. speech about how badly she wants to win Monday. So our girls should be fired up and ready to go, but dont get me wrong Lanning is good and will be hard to stop.
