From what I have heard, I think Kyle Shoulders is the best candidate for the job. Some of the people rumored to have applied don't have any Head Coaching experience, and to see what Shoulders has done with the Bulldogs since he has been there is impressive. Winless for 7 years??? He comes in and turns the program around. If he has enough guts to go to that program and change the culture at RBS, Westmoreland would benefit if he gets the job.

They will not be down two years in a row. #3- Riverdale- Good QB, but losing Davenport and Glover will hurt. #4- LaVergne- They're not at the bottom, no more. Losing the MLB hurts, but they're catching up with the quality of coaching that is in place. #5- Blackman- No I-Train, fewer wins. It's as simple as that. #6- Smyrna- Smyrna's talent level drops off big time, and it will affect the High School for years to come.

After retiring from the NFL, he came back to his roots in Tennessee, and has made an impact while coaching in the Middle TN area.
