Ezion...think logically here man. You cannot honestly think that NAIA teams are better. Ill give you like one or two of the BEST NAIA teams could possibly beat some lower top 30 teams. But you cannnot seriously be thinking Cumberlands is one of those. I have seen you play and your not even at the level of King college(NAIA) who has no player over the age of 21 on the team. I know that TNFC 90 played you guys last season and lost 2-0. With four starters missing. You cannot possibly think youd be able to compete with Western Kentucky or the top teams in their conference. Stop your hating on players and teams. Ill give you that NAIA is a different kind of soccer but D-1 is D-1 and will win almost every time. Id love to see your team play where Daniel Kelley is now playing..he is from Nashville and went D-1 Ezion...whered he go again...Indiana....? Yeah id like to see that one

Oh Dins I definately know what you are saying, We had a talk about this last year on a national champion thread. I do not believe in the so called rankings. I am sorry I didnt call it the Spring National Champion as Rivals, ESPN, and Euro state it. I know that any "spring champion" would get run by any of the Major states, such as Texas, Cal, FLorida and so on. I hope Farragut gets to play Spring Valley in the Semi Finals, that would be a so called Battle of the States. The top 1 or 2 teams from each state playing. Should be a great game if both teams progress that far.

Offsides on a goal....Hmmm? I dont quite remember that one happening, even after watching a video of the whole game. But who knows I could be blind I guess. So im guessing Tom and Aarron each had a goal that game and then got taken out? Anyone know?

Welll over the past three years I have seen and played against alot of SC teams. And personally I would say that SC and TN are about even in the level of play. In this tournament there are some okay teams and good teams and GREAT teams. The teams that are consistently good that I would compare to like CAK, Catholic, Bearden, Farragut, Hendersonville, Brentwood, etc. are Spring Valley(SC), Fort Mill(sc), Northwestern(sc). These are the teams that compete for championships every year. I also know that the National Champion of last year was Greenville from SC and they beat all of those teams last year. So basically I think that SC and TN are about even, one or the other being just slightly better on any given year.

Farragut will be at the Palmetto Cup from Wednesday the 26th till Saturday or Sunday. It is in South Carolina

I believe in the Farragut Sevier County game last night there were...4 yellows and a red for SC and 5 yellows and a soft red for Farragut, wayyy out of control.

So Dins coached against Webster and Backstrom..this has to narrow the list down quite a bit. So that means the list is narrowed down between Lenoir City, West, McMinn, Maryville, Oak Ridge or Sevier County. I Know its not Maryville because he doest know Ryan Pugh, and we recently played SC and I know its not him. I would say its not McMinn because that is a GREAT distance for a coach to travel to see and know so many players from the Knoxville area. This leaves Lenoir City, West and Oak Ridge. I do not think that it is West because I dont see Coach Ashes perosnality in Dins. So that leaves LC and Oak Ridge. I am going to say he coaches at Oak Ridge because he said he also coaches girls and the Oak Ridge coach, coachs both girls and boys. OJ Sheppard maybe? Any thoughts anyone?

If I remember correctly, Steven played the first half and Jon and our third keeper split the second half. I hope that helps you..haha my memory is already failing me and Im only 18, im not looking forward to the future Steven is an amazing keeper, he'll be making a name for himself this year.

Steven Matlock is the younger keeper at Farragut. He is splitting time with Jon Beaver as of now. I think the starting spot is up in the air
