It seems like when you SC faithful get quiet, The Old Postman gets you fired back up. The eagles will heading Southeast to be taking on the Watertown Purple Tigers this afternoon at 5:30. It looks like Coach Kelley will be playing his starters for a short time again in this Scrimmage also. One thing I have noticed, Watertown has a good Coach and kids that are hungry, just ask the 06 and 07 Yellowjackets on the Creek Bank.

Westmoreland dominated TC in a mismatch. TC only dressed around 17 - 18 kids due to Baseball and other reasons. WHS played starters for about 25 minutes only. As far as TC goes, when everybody is back, they will be hard to handle. Best looking line that I have seen at TC. I saw some good things out of the Eagles. Man for Man, this may be the biggest group in a long time at WHS. I look for a good season.

Yes I am going. My son will be a Senior for the Eagles this year. I know we have two starters out due to injury but we do have our Baseball players back. It should be interesting as I am hearing that TC is loaded. Come on up Termite since gas is so cheap.

I don't hate SC whatsoever. I have a lot of friends from SC. I frequently visit the Montrose Church of Christ. As of matter of fact, if you go back and check some old post of mine, Carthage is one of the few towns left where Friday nights are what they should be. Westmoreland needs to work on that. I agree with you on this one Mr. Postman. Some people like us dwell on their teams future in 08 and some that know their team will probably not be able to maintain it's second place status in 08 shows just what kind of person they are by writing such perverted mess. Last year we heard all the news about Smith County and it dominating second place region finish. Owls are worried about their 08 season after losing all those Seniors. I guess in 09 Glover will be worried about whether or not the owls can maintain their 3rd place finish.

Boys, Here it is. I'm back!!!!! Region in 08, my predictions 1. Jackson County 2. Cannon County 3. Upperman 4. Smith County 5. York Institute 6. Westmoreland.

I have seen both teams play. DCA is the best Coached and balanced team but speed kills. I look for a scoring shootout. DCA will be able to throw the ball but if they don't control the clock, Tyner will put a lot of points on the board. I look for an upset in this game. Tyner 33 DCA 28. One good thing about it I don't think Tyner's players belongings will be stolen at DCA like Westmorelands stuff was stolen at Tyner. It was a disgrace.

Antwan, I agree all teams in Region 4 must take care of business before anybody even thinks about moving on. Looks like almost everybody don't give us a chance.

Make sure you feed plenty of fish sandwiches to the players before the game. Maybe that will slow them down enough for Westmoreland to have a slight chance. Add extra Hot Sauce.

The way it seems, Westmoreland is making a wasted trip. If I was Tyner I would go ahead and prepare for the next opponent. The fact of the matter is. Westmoreland has won 6 games against very week opponents. Westmoreland does not stand a chance in this game. We have no offense and just a fair defense, but hopefully the fish will be worth the trip.

Here I am Termite. How's it going? Whats your predictions? I know you think Westmoreland will lose and SC and York will win. In that scenario who will will the game in Jamestown? Now, to Westmoreland. If we play defense the way we played against York and SC we have a shot with Tyner. We have seen some speed this year already, you know that. Rich is fast, The kid from DCA is fast, East Robertson had a speed burner and York has a fast team. Cannon County also had a speedy back. I'll talk to my son tonight and post again tomorrow after her hears the coaches breakdown and possibly sees some film.

Just when we thought we wouldn't have to play Private's for a while, it looks like the TSSAA has blest us again with this great fortune. I can't wait. HA HA I don't know if any team in our Region matches up with Goodpasture, CPA or DCA very well. If we have to play one of them, I hope it's DCA.

Antwan, It sounds like you know as much about this as I do. I hope our Region plays each other first. The whole idea is to keep travel to minimum. I sure don't like the idea of playing the Private School region first. I don't see anybody in our Region doing very well against them. It wouldn't surprise me at all if CPA beats Goodpasture. I haven't seen CPA play but their appears to be not a lot of difference in DCA, CPA and Goodpasture. The way I understand it, nobody travels very far at all until the Semi-Finals. 2A is the toughest it is. Here's proof 3A's number 1 teams only loss comes from 2A Goodpasture.
