You need to find some better teams to scrimmage against if you are going to get ready for region 6aa next year. No way mcwen is as tough as Harpeth or Lewis Co.

HHSnumber1fan, I understand your point about let the play talk for itself but the point is that we who are STILL at Harpeth are pumped about our chances this year. We excpect to beat all our rivals, in county and out. I wish we could play creekwood in football and ad them to the list of rivals we beat next year. we are excited about the region next year. we have the talent to go far in 2a and we know we will so what is wrong with warning the rest of the teams to get ready for a whippin? Im glad you people doubt the Indians. It is always better to beat people that don't respect you as they should. You will find out soon enough just how good the boys in KS will be. The excitement on campus is great. everyone involved feels like next year is going to be special and we cant wait to start our domination of the region. we have some good young talet coming up from the middle school that will continue the winning tradition we are going to start with the upperclassmen. I don't think anyone could argue the fact that my boys from KS are going to roll in 08. All you have to do is look at the improvements of a YOUNG team from 07 and see the potential for next season. As far as our QB possition and our WR possition we are the best in the region. All we have to do is improve some more of D and we roll. I honestly think we will challenge Lewis Co. and Hickman Co. for the region tital next year. All other schools might as well not show up against us (Lorreto,Richland,Fairview,the other school in Hickman Co., don't matter stay at home). Do any of you disagree??? i doubt it..

I understand what you are saying, but EVERYONE pay attention..... Harpeth WILL win out their remaing games. I believe it and the rest of the team believes it. If we didn't then why would we play the game? We are better than all the teams left on our schedual and we WILL beat them. East falcons,eagles or whatever they are have ZERO chance to play with us. Fairview is 1-6..... Richiland is Richland and Sycamore is not close to as good as they have been in the past. For all those that don't believe just pay attention to the east score friday. We set the tone against a lesser oponent, then we roll. GO TRIBE!!!!!

I had to eat some crow after my east robertson prediction and the meat of our schedule has been tough, but my boys from KS get back on track this week with a DOMINATING win against the east hickman falcons. we should win out the rest of our games. i dont see any way that the teams we have left can compete with us. we made some mistakes over the last couple of games, but the problems have been corrected and now we role. Sorry about your luck east h, but it starts with you... GO TRIBE!!!!!

Well to be honest, i don't think they have anything. They will not be able to move the ball against the TRIBE "D". It is shutout #3 and the TRIBE rolls. We will most likely score 30 or 40 points to boot. I told you over the summer hhsnumber1fan and you were sceptical. What do you think now??? I think i know what you think, you think we are as good as i have been saying we were. GO TRIBE!!!!!

I know we need to get better at some things, but i think we will be much better in game 2. this week practice will be intense and we will be focused for our 1st region win. Go TRIBE!!!!!!

Harpeth seems to have the ball rollin. We are coming off a big win against waverly and have our eyes on another win. If we play hard as we did last week we can go 2-0. What do the rest of you think???

I have kept quiet about the Waverly game, but i think you guys see what ive been saying about my boys from KS. We WILL contend THIS year in our region. If you were there Friday night you saw a much improved TRIBE with multiple playmakers. HHSnumber1fan, you still only think 5-5 for the season? NOT ME... Look out 2a, Harpeth Football is back. Maybe, i wasn't there, but that isn't what i heard from some guys that wer there. i heard that it was even with the ones and hickman left thers in against twos and threes. and HHSnumber1fan is right about you guys haviong to move down to get some wins but he is wrong about you beating us... running the score up on a single a teams second and third team isnt that impressive. as far as what your jv team thinks who cares? you guys need to be worried about 9-7; 9-21; and 10-19. GO TRIBE!!!!

i know that in cheatham co. the school splits has led to some heated rival games. it usually flops back and forth as to who is the county champ. i don't think hchs has anything to worry about for a couple of years. problem is no teams in the region have to worry about either school from hickman.. GO TRIBE!!!!

Three down linemen on "D"? do they know who they will be playing or has noone shown them a schedule yet? personally i think they aren't taking advantage of their depth. i guess it will be easier than i thought to roll over the new kids on the block. going to be a long year for the jv team from hickamn.Go TRIBE!!!!!

I hope everyone overlooks the tribe. We are a lot better than people think and it will show when the season opens up. just cause we young in spots don't mean we can't play. Go TRIBE!!!!!!!!!

You will know who i am on friday nights. so will region 6-2a. i would think you woild have mor confidence in your team HHSnumber1fan. we are getting better and i guess you wont belive it until you see it, but you will. GO Tribe!!!!!

Gotta watch out for my boys from KS. We might not win it all, but i have to think we got wat it takes to get a top 3 finish. we play makers thta i think will step up this year and suprise some folks. as for suprise teams, i'm not picking east like everyone else, brand new school with left overs from centerville will go 0-10. Im going with richland to pull some big upsets. Go tribe!!!!!!

I know there has been a change in the playoff format for 2A this season. How will it work? Does Harpeth have a shot in the new region?

Some good will go, some good will stay, seems like you folks in Hickman Co arnt sure who is going to play where. Turmoil and indecision are a good combination for the rest of the region. Hickman co. athletics will be watered down in 07. GO TRIBE!!!!!

Wishful thinking bigeast08. Be real, the best you guys can hope for is to win one or two games. you are a brand new school and the core of your team is going to be made up of ex b-teamers from a school that went 3-7 last year. you cant really think you guys can compete do you? 1-9, 2-8 at best.

I hate to disapoint ya meandawg08 but your dogs aint as good as you think they are. this region has many teams that can compete for the playoffs, not just you guys. you better hope none of your good players decide to leave for the east hickman school or you will really have some trouble. that split is going to water down the talent in Hickman Co football.

I will say it again, the only team Hickman Co. will have a chance to even play with is their JV team over at east hickman. Other than that they will have trouble.

This looks to be a very favorable schedule for my boys in KS. We should be sitting at 5-0 getting ready to play Lewis Co. They are kinda tough, but the very next week we get to play a 1st year team with leftover players. If we do strugle against Lewis the East Hickman game will be an easy bounce back game. The only other team of any talent might be sycamor, but we will own them. GO Tribe!!!!!

who cares about sycamore. they arnt even the best team in there county. they finish 3 behind ccchs and my boys in KS.
