  1. Remember last year that it was a good game until the 2nd quarter. WC has an outstanding kicker, so expect some Field Goals to keep them motivated in the first half. I expect the 2nd half to be all Warriors. Blow em out Warriors.
  2. Two weeks ago, I would have called it a toss up. But the more the media brags on Gray and Wilkes, the more I lean toward Riverdale. Riverdale has a big chip on their sholders and the brag brothers of Smyrna are fueling the fires at Tomahawk Stadium. Riverdale by two TD's.
  3. Where's Bdogg? At home licking his wounds?
  4. Sounds like you need to get a life. You have spent the last three weeks talking smack about your pride. Shut up and show your pride at the game. Cheer for your boys. They will need it.
  5. I am sure the media clips from last years games are already up on both locker room walls. The intesity level rises to the top on this one. If the Warriors maintain the fire from this past week they win by 7. Gotta shut down the Smyrna offense early and take the win back to the Boro.
  6. Hey Bdogg. Keep on trashing Riverdale. We love it. Tells me you have something to worry about or you wouldn't be on here trying to drag them down. Facts don't change. You got beat by Lebanon so what does that say about your O-Line. Your D-Line and all the rest of your team? Who is the softie? Quit worring about the Warriors and take a look in the mirror.
  7. I must not have been watching the same games as you. I didn't see the line fumble three times in the backfield last game. Granted I did see an off sides penalties and I believe one personal foul. What's the beef with the line. I heard Coach A give them the credit for holding it together when the rest of the O couldn't.
  8. There is no lack of ability. I just want to see those with it want to be the superstar and step up and take charge. Come on guys, who is it going to be? 9. You know that many people feel the same about Rankin that you do, but what we sure didn't complain about the excitement and enthuasium that he brought to the Riverdale community. That seems to be lacking with the current staff. The players seem to like Coach A and they would follow their position coaches through fire, so I guess us spectators should just leave it to the boys and let them do their thing. As for the offensive line not getting the job done, they seem to be taking the blame for the lack of points on the board. The offense they run will never be the 40 or 50 point spread games of the olden days. That is a coaching call not a lack of player effort or ability.
  10. I agree this is a big game, but they are all big games. Seems that Riverdale is the team that is getting no respect. Friday nights score doesn't really do the Warriors justice. They were much stronger than the score showed. I am sure this will be a tough match, but look for the Warriors to step it up this week and take home a W. Riverdale 35-Blackman 14
  11. Not to complain, but some of the penalties seemed whacked out. Penalty on the goal line for not having in a mouth piece, holding on RHS when the bears were slinging us around with a face mask hold. Sloppy officiating from my seat. Both ways some ugly calls.
  12. It's almost game time baby! Tell me about this new Riverdale Defense. Will Creasy show us some new tricks?
  13. Good article today in the DNJ about Riverdale football. Can't wait until Friday night to get this thing started. It has been a long winter and we are ready to get rid of the hangover from last year. Any word on Riverdale captains? Who can we expect to see as the stars on Friday night
