  1. Wow! Congrats to the Purple Tigers. Looks like region 4 went 3-1.
  2. I would take Chucky. Chucks defensive coordinator happens to be Lane Kiffens dad. Jimmy Hyams said it's not gonna happen. He mentioned Butch Davis, Lane Kiffen, Peterson, Leach and a couple others. I wouldn't have any problems with any of them. I think Lane Kiffen would be the best recruiter of that group, Davis would be a good recruiter too. I think Kiffen would be better as a national recruiter where Davis would be strong in the southeast. The guy from Cinncinnati has an impressive win loss record. Wikipedia has the best biograhpys on these guys. Has their win loss records, where they coached etc
  3. Coach King would make a great coach but he can't do it all. He does an awesome job with baseball and at camps.
  4. Hey girl, this guy needs to get his priorities in order!!!!! /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  5. If it wasn't serious, they wouldn't keep score! /unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />
  6. Kiffen has been sighted playing golf in Knoxville. He's drawing unemployment right now. Hiring Spurrier would not be good.
  7. His background is a defensive coordinator. I want an offensive guy and keep Chavis, which they probably won't do.
  8. Search him and you will find he was the OC at USC, coached in 2 Rose Bowls and 2 Orange Bowls. He was also recruiting coordinator.
  9. You don't want Walt Harris. he couldn't make it at Pitt. Kiffen Leach Peterson
  10. I don't think Grace will sneak up on TC.
  11. Congratulations to the Bulldogs on turning their program around. Good luck with South Pittsburgh.
  12. I have to say #3 plays right up to the whistle and sometimes a little past. You're probably right. I thought it was already a rivalry?! Not really though, Monterey has only won 2 out of 8 recently.
  13. I think the unsportsmanlike penalty that Watertown's coach got insighted a lot of the hostilities. It was like pouring gas on a fire. I think thats when things started getting out of hand. I know Heady was trying to calm things down though.
  14. I really thought that RBS would win a game this year. When I saw them in the jamboree at TTU, they were fired up and motivated. That wasn't the same team I saw against Monterey that night. RBS seems to have some good skill players. They need help on the line and some kind of offensive scheme. A lot of hard work in the off season, and send the coaches to some coaches clinics. Coaches need to learn too. If they don't think they need to learn and improve, how can you expect the players to learn and improve. I think RBS could win a few games each year, but it would take a lot of work to get the program going. Players have to work on their own in the off season to get better. So do the coaches.
  15. It is always like this with Watertown Monterey. It's no big deal. Both teams know its gonna be a fight and emotions run hot. I think they respect each other and it's nothing personal.
  16. I saw that hit and it, the game was very physical both ways. That play was over and Watertown is fortunate Eaton didn't get ejected. He would have had to miss the SP game.
  17. Congratulations to the Wildcats for not being the team to break the RBS streak. Looks like some people thought we could have been the ones to break the streak. I look for the Wildcats to turn things around next year. Nothing that some hard work and determination can't fix.
  18. I think Pickett has to join this district in 09.
  19. Panther 14, I hearby cease from predicting Monterey wins big. Maybe it will change our luck?
  20. There is another post on this subject.
  21. Basketball is a contact sport, but football is a COLLISION sport!
  22. Had to wait on the ball. I'm just glad he caught it.
