As a parent that has lost a child, i personally know that there is no words that can take away the pain; but having prayers go up for us during that diffucult time helped us to get through that moment, Without Gods love and promises i know that i wouldnt beable to deal with it, each second of every passing day. Keep God in your life and he will help you each day to make it to the next. I'm sending you my prayers and asking God to carry you each and everyone through this horrible trauma.

My thoughts and prayers go out to these familys and the classmates & friends of these children.

First i would like to say that the Jr Cats are a good team this year, i watched them play york and it was a very good game. But as for the kids on LA there not that bad because alot of the kids playing as jrs and srs; played on the Jr cats and they went undefeated until they played in the championship game against trousdale. So just because you have a winning record in Jr Cats doesnt mean anything when it comes to highschool football where the competition increases greatly.

Where was the AE band at? We heard that alot of them had been suspended, good thing the cats played a good fb game or it would have been a long half time with no band to perform.

Turtle, will be coming on to the game to support our cats; but i also look forward to hearing the AE band for the last time(there one of the best bands i've ever heard at a highschool football game), and i'm sure my son will enjoy some of those Wangz in the press box...Good Luck to both teams on a injury free game! GO LA!

60wildcat-sorry to disappoint you but it has nothing to do with alot of hitting if that had been the case(my son wouldnt have quit-considering he's played football since he was 7yrs old) and actually only 5 kids quit last week. Have to say i dont consider him a rotten apple, just a kid being pulled in many directions, if you know him or any of us you know what that means. Cats Good Luck the rest of the year; we will be there cheering you on still.

swingthebat-if my predications are right they quit because of you, not because of how bad they where doing because they've not done good this being the 3rd year, but when u make kids promises especially kids thats easy to persuade then they usually go along(which is not a good thing), but we can only raise our children the way they should go and after they reach 18 its there decision on how they want to live, not the parents. region 2-3a hands down toughest in the state... I would like to see any team go play in that region week in and week out and see how really good you are! Like its been said before IF YOU WANT THE GOLD BALL COME TRY TO TAKE IT FROM 2-3A!

hope the falcons win this one, but be prepared win or loose if a player gets hurt for AE u will become a cheater in bigred57's eyes, so hope its an injury free game for both teams and the falcons win.....good luck

LA should win this one, but u never know once the game starts who will come out on top. Good luck Cats! i will be there cheering u on again, and i hope this week we have a crowd, come out and support LA regardless of what there record is thats a real fan!

AC just remember to play hard, throughout the playoffs and u could be the next #4 seed to win state like LA did in 2005.

This comment is ridculous, LA's team is not coached to play dirty and they dont intentionally injury players, just incase u have forgetten football is a contact sport injuries happen, sounds like u need to start playing or watching another sport that doesnt have injuries but i'm not sure which one that would be because all sports have injuries. so please stop bashing the LA team, they dont cheat(if they did they wouldn't have a loosing record) these kids are young and play in a tough region is why they are winless, but we are still proud of them, thats what hogeye nation is a proud supporter of there team. sending u some tissues so maybe u can stop ur crying soon.

He can play either peewee or middle school, if he doesnt turn 12 until august, but if he plays peewee that will only give him one year in the middle school program, hope this helps.

They could be a good team if the kids there would just apply themselves, and the basketball coaches wouldnt make them choose between one or the other. Jellico will win big, usually hard to win when only about 1/2 the team practices each week. they are making some improvements now that they have a line coach that knows what he is doing so if there where more kids playing that would show up for practice i think pickett could become the team to beat in the future years but until dedication happens with coaches and players they will never have a winning team. i dont think that La will beat KC but improvment is what we want to see, but i heard that the center got hurt at practice so this could be another step back for LA, not sure of the injury.
