FCS was not 100% when they beat WHS, they were actually really banged up. and the TC game was very sloppy on both sides, apperantly you were there and know that. If you look at everyones remaining Strength of schedules in region four, TC should win the region and Gordonsville should sit out, but thats just the SOS. And yes, I do think five teams from region four should be in the top ten, four of them are in most polls top ten anyways, yall are forgetting about Monterey who only lost to York and TC, then beat FCS. Monterey may be the best in region four, and maybe the best in the state. Region four is the only region where we have real competition to get into the playoffs, I bet you all can easily guess who the top four teams are going to be in all other regions, just you cant guess the order, but I bet you cant guess the four that come out of region four cause one really good team will be left home.

What do you mean untill WHS truly beats someone, they had 6 turnovers against friendship, two of them inside the 10,missed a easy field goal, and still only lost by seventeen, with the last TD coming late in the fourth quarter after all Purple tiger hope was lost. Whs has beaten TC, Mercer County Kentucky (undefeated 2A state champs last year) Dekalb, Upperman, and clay county ( who is much improved this year, just wait gville fans.) While your beloved Gordonsville tigers have beaten the mighty powerhouses of RBS and Mt juliet Christian, with wins over Cheatham Co and Westmoreland. Gville hasnt won a big game yet while WHS has won only big games, Especially considering that 20% of Watertown practices were canceled due to Wilson County public school board rules regarding outdoor sports and heat advisory. And Gvilles road aint getting easier, yall still got FCS, WHS, Monterey, and Celina to deal with, while Watertown has them powehouse RBS and Mt. Juliet Christian teams along with Gville and Monterey. After carefully anylizing the above information, i have come to the conclusion that Gordonsville wins the region cause I like yalls logic. however, i do wish you all good luck untill the WHS game, and please beat Friendship, I love to watch them lose.

I wouldnt be so fast to say that LV could beat the third or fourth place teams in region four. Watertown 5-1 Trousdale 4-2 Monterey 4-2 Gordonsville 4-2 Friendship Christian 4-2, You will get one o these teams and just so you know, Whs beat Trousdale, Trousdale beat Gville and Monterey, FCS beat WHS, and Monterey beat FCS. All these teams are tough and I think they all deserve a spot in the top 10.

Im not trying to say that WHS will beat Gville. I dont know what will happen, Im just saying that Gville hasnt beaten an quality opponents this year and that Gville still has to play FCS, Monterrey, and Watertown. They have the most work to do. They have the toughest schedule left. If you call all five of these teams equal ( which, by standings they are right now.) the SOS says that Gordonsville is left out and that TC wins the region. Im just pointing out facts that you cant deny.

Another thing, Im not sold on this Gordonsville team this year. They have only been tested twice against SC and TC and they lost both times. Every game from here on out will be tough for them and I wont be surprised if they are the team from region four that gets left out of the playoff picture this year. However, this doesnt mean I dont think that Gville has a good football team, Im just starting to wonder.

Now dont go downtalking the Purple Tigers, they are five and one because they have a great defense. WHS beat theirselves against FCS, We had six turnovers, two in the red zone and a missed field goal. FCS was the better team that night but WHS beat theirselves. Watertown will win the next two but I wont call Clay county a win for anybody. They gave FCS and WHS a scare and they are getting good. I was wrong about them (sorry FCS guys for running my mouth about Clay Co.) they are much improved and may upset Gville or Monterrey, It could happen, Theyre good. WHS is better than you think.

SEC of 1A LOL!! thats about how it is. Hard to come out of this region without a loss. It just doesnt make sense. WHS over TC, TC over Monterey and Gville, FCS over WHS, and Monterrey over FCS. Watertown is atop the region right now. Go purple tigers!

I watched watertown beat trousdale 7-0 and I watched FCS shut out WHS 17-0. Watertown is a very good team this year and they are more than capable of winning the region. I bet the region will be a huge headache at the end of the year. Gordonsville is very strong, and this region is the best in 1A. FCS is very beat up right now and they beat a good watertown team last friday. When FCS gets healthy they will be a force to be reckoned with. A healthy FCS will win state.

congrats to all you commanders and your fans. You guys outplayed us friday night. good luck rest of season, you guys are a very good football team, but Rickaway should have been out of the game when he smacked one of our guys ( it was either Kneisel or Moss ) that was bs. Rickaway is a great player but he has no class. He also ripped off kneisel's helmet after John L. drove him fifteen yards upfield (wtg John L.) WHS had chances to score and maybe win this game but, Unfortunately they were only chances. Good game Commanders, best of luck to you.

Thats probably the smartest thing ive heard on here. We arent using much logic on this one, were just talking smack and praying that our teams can back it up. But there is no way your second string could beat WHS. Not a chance. The only good thing FCS has going for them is Jeremy Rickaway, but I really doubt that will be enough. WHS over the FCS JV plus 4 or five starters relatively easily, and FCS is only a little hurt is an understatement, they are really banged up. Its unlucky that you all have so many guys out but Ill take a win over the commanders any day. Cant wait for the game tommorow, Go Purple Tigers!

Im new to High school golf but Portland is very strong this year. When we (watertown) played them, all of their players broke forty. The 1 had a 35 and the nuber six player shot a 39. They are good.

FCS has 8 starters out and the only one who may return this friday is big GL Waynick. FCS is a great football team but its not FCS playing, its their JV. In 1A most of the guys play both ways anyway and 8 starters is around 12-16 starting positions out. I am sure that Watertown can beat your second string guys. Sorry, but FCS is way too hurt to play with any decent team right now. I bet they will make a charge late in the season when they get some guys back but your playing Watertown now and not then.

Sorry if you wanted your id a secret, but I think everyone at our scholl knows who #36 is. Your a pretty good player. Its not that Friendship isnt good. Its that 8 of their starters are out and your practically playing their JV. They barely beat Clay County this year. Everyone you guys have played (and beaten) could blow Clay County out of the water. Im glad to hear that the attitude is good this year. The year looks promising, good luck and beat those darn Commanders. And I did that at the Legacy in Springfield during our practice round. I thought Mrs. Angie was gonna yell at me but Parker did. wtf????
