This is going to be one of the best games of the year. Another Tyler and Brandon match up. This time though the BA team is going to have to come to our house and it is going to get ROWDY. I think that Giles, with the home court and their student section behind them, is going to take this one. It will be a close game I think but Giles will pull it out with another WIN!! Krogers, i am glad to see that you have faith in us giles county cheerleaders. I have to agree with you on that i think that the 17 of us could beat them. I am going to have to take the cats on this one. I am hoping that we will get to have another DUNK FEST! I will say Giles by 25+. It is going to be so crazy in that gym tomorrow night. So everyone get ready!

I am going to have to agree with daisyduke on this one. Some people get on here and try and bash on Coach Holt's tactics of coaching but when it all comes down to it the CATS brought the GOLD ball home last year with his coaching. He of all people knows what each of his players is capable of doing. It is his decision to who starts by the type of pace he wants to start the game off with. It seems to me this far that he has done a pretty dang good job since we are WINNING. Also who said that the point guard is supposed to score like 15 or 20 points a game. They are in the game to get the ball down the court and set up the offense. I think that Zach does a good job at getting that done. Also if he has to he will take the ball down and score but he is more about the assists and the team play than scoring himself. So everyone just needs to back off and let Coach Holt do his job so we can bring home that GOLD ball again.

I don't see anyone cryin on here. We'll just have to wait till Saturday and see who proves themselves.

wurd up, do you not have anything better to do than get on here and bash on GC? It sure doesn't seem like it. This is only the very beginning of the season and everyone is still getting used to playing with each other and playing as a team. The last few wins that GC has had has definately been a team effort. I think that if everyone plays to the best of their ability and they play as a team then they can beat Bradley Central. The bobcats are going to prove themselves to everyone that doesn't believe in them when it really matters. So quit tryin to hate on them.

Martin College gave us permission to play. Our coach called over to Martin yesterday and they told him that it was ok for us to play it was just up to the two schools. We wanted to play but Richland did not so they canceled it.

Wneely I am going to have to agree with you on that one. Out of the teams that we played not even one of the cheering sections was even in the ballpark as ours. Our students and fans were behind them from start to finish. I don't think that there ever was a time that we sat down. Also that gym echoed every time that we did a cheer. Great job to the students and the whole crowd on a GREAT cheering section.

GREAT JOB COACH HOLT!! We have to give you a whole lot of credit for this incredible season. But also you had a great group of guys to coach. I am so glad that you got your big win and brought home the big gold ball. Also Mrs. Bev, I don't know what he and the team would have done without you. You helped to keep everything going. We all love you and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

WAY TO GO BOBCATS!! After the great win at home against Boliver this all just seems to be our destiny. You guys played your hearts out and it all paid off. The guys deserved this huge win because they are all around a great group of guys. I am proud to have been able to be there with them every single game this season. Again CONGRATS GUYS and now you really showed the whole state what the boys of Giles County are made of.

Giles county is going to be playing Haywood tomorrow afternoon at 5:15. I think that it should be a good game but GC is going to be coming out with the win. Best of luck to all my guys! I'll see ya tomorrow. GC all the way!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that Giles can take this one. If they continue to play like they have been then I think that they can take it all. But you can only take it one game at a time. We will worry about everyone else once we get past Fulton. Good Luck Cats and let's bring home that GOLD!!!

I am going to have to agree with everyone here that Willie is something else. I don't think that I have ever seen such a great freshman PG. I give all props to the Boliver team. They played an awesome game and lady luck was on our side especially with such a great underrated player, T-Fletch. I wish the Bolivar team best of luck next year and I hope that yall do good next season. And I will agree with wneely and mattl that it is bad that some of our fans would do that and it is really a shame that a team had to lose last night. Way to go GC!!

I think that I am going to have to stick with my Giles Co team on this one. They are a great all around team and deserve a shot at the gold ball. I am so proud of our guys and I wish the best of luck to yall. I can't wait to make that trip to the BORO with the rest of the black plague to cheer you on. Good game to both of the teams tonight. Giles county played well and came out with the district championship!! Great job to our boys and our district MVP Tyler. Good luck next week when we play at home. GC all the way!

All that I have to say is that Giles is going to dominate the district tournaments this week in Lewis Co. Hopefully we will get a show like last friday night at home with all the dunkin going on. Good luck BOBCATS throughout the next few weeks and we'll see everyone at the 'BORO!!
