  1. In the six years (i know its not long) I've watched Millington this was one of the worst called games I've seen. We ran the same play over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over. AND over. Its 3rd and 15, we run the ball. Really? Bragg can throw the ball. He may not be Brett Farve, but atleast he can throw. We might as well have gave them our playbook, which consisted of about 5 plays.... I know Millington is better then that. We all know it. White Station even knows it. Against Collierville, we ran to the right side of the field 98% of the time. Tonight, we ran up the middle almost every single time. This game was poorly coached. #1 ran up the middle every time, and he prolly ran for 130+. Where was the defense? We didnt hit the qb once! All he would do was hand it off to #1 and poof there he goes. Why? Everyone rushed the qb. I feel bad for the guys because they were the better team. They should have won. They know it too.
  2. I stand corrected. Those temps are for Saturday night. I got my game nights confused. I get to stand outside FedexForum for a few hours waiting to get front row seats to the Tigers game. Yeahhh...
  3. I saw on Channel 5 that the high for Friday was 46 and the low was around 34. I hate the cold...
  4. Didn't Millington beat Collierville 31-0 in last years playoffs, 1st round?
  5. millington over dova white station over houston (but it will be close) collierville germantown whitehaven briarcrest over ecs
  6. I know in west tn Bolton had to forfeit some 5 or 6 wins last year due to ineligable players. And those counted as losses at the end of the seaon. I think they ended up 1-9. Im not sure about the rules this year though...
  7. This is from Oct 20: 1) Brentwood 2) Franklin 3) Ooltewah 4) Millington 5) Farragut 6) Dobyns Bennett 7) Whitehaven 8) Oakland 9) Gallatin 10) Cookeville Do you just pull names out of a hat when you make this up? How does Millington drop down 2 spots?
  8. http://www.myfoxmemphis.com/myfox/pages/Sp...mp;pageId=6.1.1 Chek out his second run on the video. He is amazing...
  9. Tausean Holmes, Millington, is the most productive on the year so far. 45 touches for 814 yards. Although it's not 232 touches like Williams from Davidson Academy, Holmes is pulling his part on the team. If he played all of every game, he would be on the top of the list for sure.

  11. although the game may have been lopsided, we all know that millington needs to practice on the passing. its good, but why not try some things out.
  12. so i wanted a blowout, but that never happened. kinda disappointed that we couldnt even score a TD in the second half. i dont think we even threw the ball once. and i dont understand wy on two consecutive drives we went 3 and out trying to run up the middle...every play. what happened? good job millington, but this should have been a shutout.
  13. I really hope this game isn't close, actually. Some people still don't believe Millington is that good. By blowing out a fairly decent Collierville team might make some stop doubting. Just because we lost a large amount of seniors doesn't mean we will have an off year. I don't know for sure, but did any of the 2nd 3rd string play against Collierville towards the end of the playoff game last year? If they did, I'm sure they remember the intensity of the game. I hope that it continues tomorrow night. Now don't get me wrong, Collierville can play. But I'm just not convinced that they can take down a very good Millington team. I guess we'll see come friday night.
