it was dumb for him to get a tech and as for jana, yes she did faint but im sure she will recover quickly. it's just like what happened when they played at gibson county and she fainted, just got to hot.

I agree about all this. If Nick and Cory could take charge like they both have many times this year, then oc will blow dburg away. I think it also may help that logan, being at dburg now, will make central want to win even more.

Dyersburg girls could pull an upset but i doubt it, never know though. im going with oc b at least 20

If Dburg can somhow shutdown Rechis like central did they can win. she only made eight points that night and fouled out too. im pulling for Dburg but i kind of think westview will win

You are right, Here in Obion all the schools have great jr. high programs. however, two of the junior highs have lost the coaches to other people so this could affect central in years to come

Im not sure exactly but i wanna say around eight points a game. he used to be pretty good. Dont know if he still is

His sister will be on centrals side i am for sure, and as far as threats go, i dont think anyone would go to that level. But Blake Davis also played for central a few years ago and he is at dyersburg now

The Lady Rebels do play the game the way they are supposed to...You don't see them "staring down opposing benches" when they make a play...You don't see them getting technical fouls called on them....You don't see them hot-dogging...You don't see them showing up their opponents...You folks are talking like they are viscious criminals...Every one of these girls are yes sir,no sir type young ladies...Once they get on that floor though they are competitors and they are used to winning because they are winners...I really don't think these kids go to any under-ground coaching clinic that teaches them the art of throwing pointy elbows....I think it is more the fact that even getting a spot on this team's roster is so competitive seeing as how there are four feeder schools sending girls into the program that you have to be able to hold your own physically to even stay on the floor and compete...The Obion Central Rebels have ALWAYS had the reputation of being physically tough..People around here should not be surprised if they get handled in an "unlady-like" manner when they step between the lines..... Jana will do whatever it takes you are right and when we were at Ridgemont Coach Gray taught her well. She was the best in the county. Being physical is part of the game and if you cannot hadden it you need to toughen up.

Im sorry but i agree, it is bad to throw elbows intentionally sometimes, but when someone is on you one way to get them off is to take a chance at an elbow and get the girl off. oc aint taught to do that on purpose either, girls or guys i dont think.

thats a crazy score from DC, not surprised though. as for central, they did good tonight, i guess coming off of that loss from gibson helped some. Brandon did really good too, wish nick would have got some more shots though.

Great game tonight, especially the last quarter. Jana did great considering her ankle was and is still not 100% good. them last two threes were awesome. Gentry hit some good ones too. Congrats to Milan on the big distrixt win.

I live in Kenton and know plenty of people in my family that played and went there up until the school closed and yes Jeff Chandler played there and still lives there. If you have any questions im sure that i could get the answers from somewhere.

Obion will win even if jana dont play. she is a huge factor on the court and off cause she coaches the whole time. The win against GC shows that we can have somone as good as jana not play and still win

I agree, Nick needs to try to get open more and shoot. If they did this other teams would try to shut him down later on, leaving others open to score. Vanus has been doing better as well as Matt. They just gotta get it together.

jana didnt practice today, had therapy shes getting better hopefully she will be good for friday night against milan.
