I think Coach Husted had a lot to do with this. Also, he has a younger brother that could not get along with the middle school coach, and an older brother that could not get along with the soccer coach. Those guys are nuts.

Franklin looked tonight like they could be the best team in the state. What a great multiple offensive attack. Their OL may be the biggest and most athletic in the state. Those guys are huge. The biggest thing I noticed was that they play with a lot of heart and play as a TEAM.

Pretty harsh words 2P. You are not the only one who is guilty of this, but why do people fault an OC or DC for their previous team??™s record??? OC or DC does not mean HC. The record goes on the HC??™s shoulders not the coordinators. It could be a situation in which the coordinators are limited because of the HC. The HC has ultimate control over the program. He can dictate what O or D to run. It may be that Coach Williams was limited to Coach Well??™s scheme, etc??¦ Coach Carson had the title of OC, but was he actually the OC??? This title got him the job at Eagleville though. Wynant has never been a coordinator and there is probably a reason for that. Sometimes it is better to bring someone in from the outside and I think with this situation it was the right move.

Great news for the Hill. ??? Scharsch was the only head coach in Eagleville football history before stepping down Nov. 6. In six seasons, Scharsch's teams compiled a 26-36 record and reached the playoffs once, in 2005. The Eagles went 2-8 in 2007???------DNJ That is a big jump up from the 1A level to 3A. He must have really impressed the people over at Spring Hill although he has a winning % of .400. I don??™t think that would be a wise career move on Britton??™s part. If he were to fail at CC then that would really make his head coaching record look bad and that may hurt him in future jobs. Although Abner got the job at Cane Ridge with an embarrassing coaching career record.

Britton would be a dang good hire as asst coach for anyone
