Thats pretty much my point, except I dont think they give a crap about DB, South on and on. All they want is the tax dollars!

It should switch out every year but I will say this, If the school doesnt have the means to house the visiting side then they should loose home rights. I know alot will come back on DB on this comment but there was plenty room at DB, just not the greatest placement system at the beginning of the season. Also I want to add one more thing, If The City was so interested in taking over and making DB THE high school then they would have let them buy the property were the Vet. Monument is now, the park and building to increase their building room/parking which they need and should have done anyways. Its meets the school property and right across the street they could have put the monument and had it's own parking area. Guess what, They didnt as you can see.

I think Hall has the potential as well but like you just stated, they have to get reconized. 95% of the time it just won't fall in their laps. The other 5% are just that good and at this level, that not alot because these kids truely learn the game of football at the college level. Mack Crowder has been on the radar for a while because of the stock and because his Dad know exactly what he is doing. I wouldnt be suprised if he didnt help Downs as well. Also, they probably didnt touch any of the sports scholarship money on these two because their academic should pay for it all. So that means, if I'm right, they got two good players using $0 football scholarship dollars. Pretty smart move on UT behalf. I was told along time ago that the only athletes to get a full ride on sports scholarship alone are the ones that can not get any academic money (Can barley get in a school)and they are what you would call a "super star" athlete.

I've googled it and checked their web-site. All the site says is that it's telavised. I won't be at the game but I did want to see one more high school football game before it's over till next year. We got a couple close kids going from what I see on the roster. Hall from DB, Austin Hyder from South and Ryan Mitchell from S.H. After the No all-state bubble bust for the big 8, this was a little refreshing. How would you get a tape of a game like this?

It's looking like it might only be a local station in KY carrying it cause I've not heard anyone around here say if it was and that stinks. On their web-site thet state it's on TV , so I don"t know. Yeah I hope Hall does well, I just wish he would have gotten his name out there. That happens alot expecially around here.

I just want to know what channel it will be on because I want to watch it. I can not find it so, if someone else knows or finds out, let us all know.

Congrats to Souths, Austin Hyder for getting picked for the National Gaurd Border Bowl. Big honor and I hope he does well.

He is slow and I stand by what I said. I didnt say he wasnt any good and it wasnt meant as a bashing and colleges have told him the same thing. It's something he needs to work on. I don't recall saying someone could whip him all over the field but I do remember saying one could run circles around him. Yes he will get a great scholarship due to his size and due to the fact his parents are getting him highly publisized and thats what it takes. It's not cause he had some awesome year (I'm not saying he had a bad one either, before you go there) Where ever he goes is the place that will truely learn him to play. Alot of good athletes get over looked because they don't get their name out there. You can take what I said and twist it however you like but I didnt slander nor threaten him by no means and some of your saying are just plain ridiculous .

Slander: To make a FALSE statement that damages anothers reputation. Threaten: To show an intention to do harm or something unwanted. Ive done neither, nor would I. I could say your a crybaby and you suck at debating. That is not slander, it's my opinion. I got tired of you pushing one or two people on here every year, so i decided to call you out and debate you and man, it's been a big ordeal every since. That was in response to a post you had made on here. Ive never slandered him either. I felt one was the total package and one was a very good player but needed work in some areas but I also said he was just a junior and had time. That was my opinion. You try and analyze everything I say but it's funny, no one sees it and comments on it but you. I think your lineman is a good kid and comes from a fine family (which I said before)I simply pointed out my thoughts and it was not slander or threats. Now you have gone to far. I really hate that Dobyns-Bennett will not let any of their winter sport guys play in this game. I think it takes away from everybody, a couple other players would have been a tribute to the team with Sensabough.

I think you are really wrong on this. Strength of schedule is a must. D-B starts out strong and as the year turns it weakens dramaticly, which hurts come playoff time.

He started out here so, it won't be that big of an adjustment. He is a player with potential.

Wow, Well a couple of years ago I did Not know numbers to go with names and as far as a fight as to talking about another lineman well I think you got it reversed. I called you out on promoting your friends kids and your kids friends and YOU DO, just like now!!! You won't give another kid the time of day and yes Ive looked at your post.I stated who I thought was the best lineman which I'm entitled to do and you have cried about it ever since. Did I break a rule Yes I was at the big 8 banquet supporting one of my friends kids, is their a problem with that. $15.00 a ticket you can invite anyone you want or did you change that rule? I was in the conversation but the conversation was about why he was not playing basketball The only thing said about football was he went on a visit to GA Tech, he missed several important chances playing in some bowl games because he started playing Basketball and he had just got informed that night he had been chose for the Border Bowl. It all revolved around Basketball. I think you have an obsession, really. Nothing I said in the above post has anything to do with another player on our team. I stated the reasons why I like this young man and the fact that I know many that think very highley of him all around. No it's not funny at all. You don't mess with a kids education and their future, just so you can control the situation. I'm not saying he is a bad coach and I don't see were Waco did but everything Waco said is 100% true. As far as Clark goes, atleast he tries to help his players get a start in life with scholarships and disapline, not trying to control them and Morgan refuses to do so. Morgan has went as far as he has because of the strength of schedule, not because he turned frogs into princes. This is not a basketball thread and I will leave it there.

I don't know, he didnt say. I was just standing in the midst of this conversation. I'm sure he is getting looked at though. He is pretty humble and laid back. Just like on the field, he isn't a glory God by no means and thats not what he's looking for. He is a quiet strong leader and gets the job done and more. I have alot of respect for this young man. He earns everything he gets. It doesnt come off of anything but his talent, no advertisement hype or polatics and he is extremley kind and respectful. He isn't a bullying like some. Everyone from South, Boone, Crockett, S.H, Central on and on that knows him (alot knows him to) has nothing but good things to say about this young man. I guess he is what you call an underdog and I hope he prevails.

I would want one if the TSSAA would allow call Challenges
