Where's the praise for the head dragon? Scotty is a good coach, but most of all an excellent mentor and example for these young men.

I have a 10yr daughter and am not that familar with the Girls side of sports and basketball. My boys played travel baseball and on local travel basketball teams. Can you give me any information on who to contact? I realize we are to late for this season but would like to get her going for the furture... Thanks for any help or info you can give. We are in the Clinton Area.

AC is no different than any other high school public or private pulling kids for sports. 5 or 10 years ago that was a big deal, but that is the norm. AC has not got the upper edge on kids playing out of their designated zone.

AMEN. If the prayer is lead by a player what is the problem with the coach participating? The Supreme Court can't take away what is in Coach Thompsons heart or any other Christain coaches heart. That is what is so cool about my God, he hears my prayers if their shouted from the mountain tops or said silently. No one can stop that. The Christain life and example that this man shows to the kids around him as well as the parents is a witness that no one can take away.

I would have to agree that for Weston pride and love for his community is probably a driving force for him to be at Clinton and the fact that he has grown up with the kids he goes to school with, however that doesn't apply to Stone. He just moved here right before school last year.

GCA you slammed your own foot in the door starting this stupidity. Hester did not coach at the high school level but may have in the optomist level. This is an incredibly nice family and don't deserve for you (a supposed fan of GCA) to suggest anything that would cause people to think poorly of them. They (both parents) have always supported their boys in sports but I have never heard them be slanderous or openly negative about the program they left. You should only wish to have half the class that they have. Clinton would have benefited to have a coach like Hester.

There is no issue. It's a PRIVATE school. Anyone can go from anywhere. If there is "cheating" going on they could have done it last year and worked it out so the "transfers" played. The young men that I know transfered sat out a season in order to be eligible. Seems to be with the way these young men are performing this season it would have done Grace well to have had them last season, but they followed the guidelines given to them and the young men didn't play (not very good cheaters those RAMS).

You have absolutely no class. Who are you to judge whether this young man can or can't afford to go to Grace. Many families make many sacrafices to better their kids. You might be surprised to know which families struggle to pay tuition. Please don't pull certain kids names out like that.

Its a private school. No different than Catholic, Webb, etc. If you pay you can go. How many public schools have kids outside their zone going to the schools? (now thats recruiting). Private schools aren't zoned like public schools are they?

I know that not every school recruits, (sorry shouldn't have been so general)....my point exactly about this poster for Grace. He or she (some mean moms out there) is making the argument against Grace. A little humility please.

As far as recruiting....All high schools recruit anymore. Grace is a private school anyone can go there if they have the monwy to pay. There are a few arrogant Grace fans but I have to seriously think that a couple of the "supposed" ram fans aren't that at all, just people still wanting cause some problems at least thats what I want to think.

I don't know about ranking high school football country wide, but in our area Maryville has been a dominant force. Good luck to the Rebels keep the winning going.

I really hope you are someone that is not associated with Grace and are just trying to be sarcastic to get people angry because if your not you are one cocky jerk. With a score of 56-0 there should have been a change in starters after 30 something lead. But hey sounds like Grace has alot of Egos to stroke, yours first. You really are giving Grace a negative rep.
