Question about a call. When Kuivenin fumbled the snap and Brentwood recovered, specifically. The refs made a false start call against Franklin, and it was declined by Brentwood, and therefore they were given the ball. Now, isn't a false start a dead ball foul, and is unable to be declined? As in, the play doesn't count? Just curious, but that is just the way that I took the rule.

Both teams are playing for pride, and because of that it could end up being a decent game to watch.

Other than on the ground, the rest of those stats are pretty similar.

Has Brentwood played a tougher schedule than Franklin? Yes. Have they beaten anyone that Franklin hasn't? No one other than Gallatin and LaVergne (who lost to Indy last week, and we'll just leave that at that.) Are they more banged up at this point in the season? Looks that way. The schedules are the schedules, there are pros and cons of having a tough one. The pros will show "IF" Brentwood shows up and absolutely man-handles Franklin on Friday night. However, I know that both teams will be far too hyped and are both solid teams. It's going to be a close one.

Take the best few from Brentwood and Franklin, and then maybe one from each other school, and you've got your all-district team.

Well, he had a great game this past week that's for sure. I don't know too much else about him, though.

I think it has more to do with the fact that he touched the ball.

Although I'm pulling for Franklin, it won't be one by 13 points by either team. I've never seen Franklin and Brentwood do anything but play down to the last second, and I doubt I'll be seeing anything different come Friday night.
